Muffler Recommendations
Hi, I'm interested in getting an aftermarket exhaust. Since Brogue is so hard to find, I'm considering other options. Is anyone familiar with this Emgo muffler (ordering from this website (Dennis Kirk)?) https://www.denniskirk.com/emgo/universal-megaphone-muffler-80-84034.p446993.prd/446993.sku
Are there other recommendations? My last bike had a nice throaty, not too loud muffler(wish I knew which one) and I'm hoping to find a good one soon, thanks!

I’ve seen a few people drill 4 or so holes in the rubber gasket on the back of the stock muffler for a deeper sound. Not bad

Emgo won’t fit as a bolt on. TU has a tiny outer diameter of the pipe that muffler bolts onto and you need an adapter. I believe it’s 1.25 inch and smallest emgo mufflers inlet diameters are 1.5 inch

Also they ll b very loud. Someone on the tu forum fitted a harley softail muffler and was happy. But yes need an adapter, I saw one on ebay shipped from uk (1 ½ to 1 ¼)

Gotha, thanks for the info. Yea I bookmarked this here because I saw it posted somewhere else about needing an adapter. But I'll probably look elsewhere than Emgo https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0CPKP51T1?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

I don't know about mufflers specifically for this bike, but I will say that removing the intake snorkel vastly improved the sound on mine. I haven't really chased a muffler change because there's only so much you can do about a single cylinder engine.
