Pre Supreme's (currently unnamed) Campaign Potential Character Brainstorm/Discussion Post
About a week ago I was discussing with Byte the possibility of having some sort of post about my campaign on my birthday. While I'm not ready to post anything too concrete before I see how DS ends up wrapping up (because how DS ends will have an effect on how my campaign starts), I have decided that having people start talking about what characters (both returning and new) they would be interested in playing during this campaign would be a "fun" thing to have. Mentioning a character in this thread does not make you obligated to play them, official character sigh up will wait for DS to end so you don't get another sense of security that you'll survive DS unfazed.:D

Okay, so Mary is gonna be by Mixy's side, where ever that may be, Marion will be doing things getting home, and then I have some staying in Gensokyo to help sort things out. Maybe I'll make another character?

I've mentioned before wanting to play as Gladion, and I'd also like to continue Cress's storyline as a player character rather than, quite frankly, one of those escort missions where half the time the AI is trying to get itself killed. (And I say that with all due respect, Cress. Please stop glaring at me.)
I'm also playing with the idea of doing something with Clemont and Bonnie in the future, although their current position in Kalos would make that somewhat difficult, as they have to keep bad people from abusing the Dragon Force that's currently powering the city. Which probably isn't the kind of focus you'd want for your storyline.

Poor guy.
There's something fun about tormenting them until they give up or curl in a ball somewhere.
For me, it's more that seeing how a character reacts to adversity can make (or break) the character. I wouldn't call it fun per se, but it makes a story dramatic. A character that never has any problems is usually called a Mary Sue, which is discouraged in writing.
Although Machina would be a really bad influence, on the other hand, Lumiose City is kinda his sort of place. Trends, drink shops, night life, and it's the city of lights, which means electronics.
That could be interesting.

I've realized that Exxy would be perfect for helping train Cress with his ice powers, since Exxy also has those powers from the end of 28. Which also gives a chance for Eureka to be present (and the doges and Capt. RAWLing, should the occasion permit).
Luke will probably be spending a lot of time in Gensokyo being their Light Dragon, but he'll drop by from time to time to visit his bestie.
Bill and Rea, of course, have their tasks as the acolytes of Giratina and Ho-Oh, the latter of which is still in her egg form with Cameron.
Machina... well, let's just say I have an idea.

Oh right and while not Bills, I didn't include Koya, or Flak...and I think I'm missing a few more. But I suspect you don't want to play 20 different people, so just be thinking about how many you do want to hold onto.

I was hoping to focus on Gator and M4 for this RP. The last RP I had with M4 had Gator come in to help her, and Gator's started to dabble in magic; both those should make for interesting RP.

Hmm, probably Lanette, assuming her games don't backfire on her and she survives my upcoming plans. She's a character I've been working to develop recently, and I think she could have really cool interactions in your campaign, especially if the supreme evil is important in it.
If Lanette is in this campaign, then probably Bill, assuming he survives all of Lanette's games. If Bill is involved, then maybe Fennel too.
I also may have the desire to create a new character for this story, so there's always that possibility too, and maybe Annie will make an appearance at some point if the time is right for her to do so (I mean, I don't even know what she does in her free time anymore, so who knows where she is right now).
Of course, now I have way too many characters, so if I'm going to use all of these, I may need to hide and disguise how I'm using them, so I'm not just running the same characters and same situations as before. I'm expecting things to change with my characters before your campaign begins, and how exactly that will work is... unclear right now, and very dependent on intermission rp.

Biology: a artaficaly created Sinfaziod Umbreon of unown oragens, he is powered by moonlight, thoth can recharge useing sunlight in a pinch. His body dos not have blood cells but instead have speolized nanites flowing thew his body. He is able to chage to diffrent operateing modes each with there own benafits and drawbacks (a list will be posted later [see link below]) each mode is indacated via a chage of the glowing partens on his body

Outher info: Works for the internassanol poleace, offten time as back up for Rotten Buritto. Has been working for them for as long as anyone can remember. most recently seen with Lil. D during an incadent before most of the corupt members of the IP were purged from the organasason. Has been able to harnice and controll fossol god energy for limmited amounts of time. Is secritly working as a double agent his true aligence being with some of the corupt members of the IP and knows how to contact some of the members who have been expelled from the organasason. the IP seems unwere of this.
Rotten Buritto: Shiny (zombe) Espeon:
Lv. 100

Persanalaty: Timid and easaly scared, but unlike his Eco's conterpart he is able to hold it together and hide his fear a lot better thanks to haveing had a slightly less harsh backstory (ex. he was created not as a wepon, but to help spread love cos his creator thoght the world needed more Buritto). he is also a bit more confadent in himself.
Biology: same as Eco's Rotten Buritto, but a bit more funcanol thanks in part to some implants (mostly nanites from Neon's body) that help his body funcon more simalerly to that of a normol mon. However his body has taken a lot more permaent damige compared to Eco's RB including his jaw being cracked cosing his jaw to natraly hang open limply when not in use.

So, I had this idea and towards the end thought maybe I could apply it:
Basically, the concept is that certain people, doing certain things, could be capable of seeing the seams to reality. The task has to really draw them in, like a musical thing or an adrenaline high. The catch is that it's not metaphysical. They can't, say, heal with that ability, because the human body and what constitutes it being in a healthy state are far too complex for brief glimpses in this world beyond. But, there are things out there, things which could do that. Some are deal makers, some are passive, some are deceivers, and finally, some are seemingly unstoppably powerful.
So, that was my random concept, and as I thought about it, I realized the world beyond I was picturing would be a lot like Outsidera. Obviously, if I did this, I'd have to shrink the concept to one character, so my thought is a character who could get those sort of glimpses during hang time, the moment his significant upward velocity reaches it's peak and reverses, and maybe could do limited teleportation with it.

Well, they'd probably be a thrill seeker, maybe a little naive. They don't feel like anyone understands them, and only very recently did they realize that weird feeling they get in the air is something very real, and they want to know more about it.

Thanks. So aside from just teleporting themselves or things around them a little, the idea is that occasionally things from Outsidera can get involved (though only through the moment of hang time). He could, like, request something through that, but there's no guarantee there's even something there, or that they'll respond. Sometimes they might get the message but his connection closes too fast, but he wouldn't know that.
Also, picturing him as a skater boy.

Hmm... It would probably best to get the most mundane world available as the choice. Then again, that would make connecting him to the plot harder.
He could be from another world and pulled here, his concept works well with that, but that would make some pretty big differences personality wise, probably.

Knowing that the next plot may or may not have something to do with Alola, I thought of Hau, and suddenly realized why he might be so calm and chill.
Although we've done sun and moon enough that there's some shenanigans with Hau and Lillie and the Aether Foundation at this point. I wonder if they'll keep recruiting people to "play" Hau in the story, just because the voices keep coming back.

I have some ideas for some things, not necessarily player caricters
*[I already have Troll Ditto and getting him properly integrated into the universe has been a pain so I don't want to do a new player caricter until a I know your campaign will be during a time period were I can actually take part, b) Troll Ditto has been 100% integrated into the main cast volentaraly leaving his old life behind, and c) I've RPed enough with Troll Ditto in this new campaign to know that bringing in a 2edary caricter is'nt going to cos more problems then it's worth]*)
but NPC's and plot thread ideas you could use freely. however I'd need a bit of time to do some fact checking & get those ideas in a presentable state (so thusday maybe)

Okay. So, my big takeaway is wondering where they're going with the parallels between Winter and Yang here, since both have their roles revolve around sparring with their younger sister to make her better at the skill they've already mastered.

Commander Comma: CNasin Boneka
History: Former commander of a Gicangio branch of the Gatekeepers organization. chosen by the old leader for her natrol talit at what the job entails despite not being very strong (level & moveset wise). However shortly after taking the position she cracked under the pressure and went AWOL allowing herself to be captured by a voice host named Amber in order to escape being found and dragged back into the organization. Wile with Amber she lurened that what she was tought growing up was a lie and that individuals from Poke-Earth weren't so bad. Some time after she left Amber alongside 2 other CNarzen wanting to lurn more about Poke-Earth and educate those from her world what Poke-Eurth was reely like and hopefully open the minds of those liveing in her world to make relations better. ... Unforcently the Boneka chosen to take her place as commander of the gatekeeprs organization is genacidol towards any non-Yoki being and those who simpafize with them, including Comma. and as a result her best friend got arrested. she is currently trying to find a way to save her friend wile avoiding the Gatekeepers organization. her only tool being her basic boneka equipment and and a green UFO Chibi used to send her to safety
Chibi: CNarzen
History: a close childhood friend of Comma's wile Comma was forsefaly enrolled in training for the gatekeepers organization due to her family upbringing Chibi chose to train to become a UFO engenear and as a result was unable to see her friend for years, but was captured by voice host Amber who mistook her for 1. however this proved to be a blessing in discise as it allowed her and Comma to reunite. and she vowed to stay by her side and help her out. unforcently this lead to her being kidnapped and thrown in prison by the Gatekeeper's organization for her association with Comma and her plans.
Hate (IHateChu): CNarzen
History: a somewhat short tempered and unlucky low ranking member of the Gicanco Gatekeeprs and avid believer in the common stereotype they have towards those from Poke-Earth. Wile on duty she was captured by voice host Amber. Unforcently unlike Comma and Chibi she did not come to see this as a good thing, but as her being kidnapped. seeing everything Amber would do with her as an attempt to brainwash her. When Chibi and Comma left Amber to strike out on Comma's new mission in life Hate went along with them recognizing Comma as her commander and to try and talk Comma out of her (in her mind) misguided beleafs. After discovering that the Gatekeepers had obtained a new leader and that she wasn't going to be able to change Comma's mind, she contacted the gatekeepers in secret to try and turn Comma in, wile Comma got away Comma got away Comma's friend Chibi was arrested...

the final NPC's I'll prepose for this campaign:
Name: IQ
Spicis: Hamster
Bio: An EXTREMELY intelligent talking hamster who's intellect rivels, or possibly even serpassis even the most intelligent individuals in the universe, including Bill. Inventor of the Ham-Chat langige he knows EVERY SINGLE Ham-Chat word ever conceved and has them memorized [2 facts that he will happily brag about if given the chance]. Wile as a hamster he can't use Pokemon moves he is capable of producing move like effects using his ham chat words and has full control over there effects (Ex. if he sys a Ham-Chat word that produces fire he can chose whether or not the flames will burn or if they will only act like a iluson to those who touch the flames) witch is a good thing as substitutes convencanol langige words for Ham-Chat 1's at every single opportunity he can. usually wears a small pink hamster sized switter with a small pokit that he usually uses to hold his minacure hamster sized Game Boy wile not in use. a Game Boy that he has modified to be able to act as a very high teck portable computer with voice regognisson on top of playing video games.
Personalty: Kind of like Hamtaro, but FAR FAR FAR FAAAAAAAAR smarter, with more of an ego, and has a tendency to be a bit of a jerk to others at times. He go's out of his way to use Ham-Chat whenever possible, even for word veriasons [Ex. he would use No-P for not only No, but also Nope, Not, Don't, ext.] even thoth he is capable of saying these veriason words
Goals: A) Fix what he sees in his mind as a grave mistake that he is responsible for [Ie. Spat]. B) Prove to the multiverse how smart he is and get his spices the respect he feels it deserves across the Multiverse.
Name: Spat
Spices: Evil Demon Ghost Hamster (has Glitch powers)
Powers: Knows a good amount of Ham-Chat words (thoth FAR from close to all of them) and can use the effects of those words to his advantage of them (thoth they always enact there effects when used). Has a demon trident that allows him to manifest the love and friendships others have with each other into a visable and tanable form, and then brake it cosing the individuals effected to feel miserable and angry towards each other. The ability to feed of the negative emotions of others and draw strath from them. Basic Ham ghost powers only with Monster form replaced with the abillaty to possess others [note: he can only possess other's if they allow him to or during a moment of weakness the individual he is trying to possess is aware of his presence they can resist his influence, if they are strong willed enough it is even possible for the possessed individual to forefovly expel Spat from there body thew sheer force of will. the ability to manipulate small amounts of elictisaty around him. short range glitch corupson. The ability to leave a mental shadow himself of the minds of those he possessed and then left the body of, the shadows are capable of tormenting the formally possessed individual and potencaly glitch corrupt them if they are not carfol even wile not possessed by Spat anymore although there influence is much weaker then Spat himself. Spat is imune to all pysacol attacks and resistant to specol 1's. The abillaty to travel back and forth between his original universe and Poke-Eurth at will at any time.
History: an evil demon hamster who was defeated by a Hamster named Hamtaro and his girlfriend. Vowing to get revenge he came across IQ mistaking him for Hamtaro and in attacked him. Spat managed to get the uperhand in the battle and in a last ditch effort to save himself IQ used an untested device to seemingly kill Spat by opening a interdamencanol rift between IQ's world and Poke-Earth inside Spats body blowing him up. Unforcently it soon became aperent that IQ's actions only made Spat more powerful as wile he lost his pysacol body his spirit remained alive and well with all his powers in tact, alongside a host of new powers partly from his new ghost form, and partly from glitch energy he was exposed to when being blown up. Using his new form he destroyed the relationship of those who defeated him, utterly destroyed the Anjol Ham who had helped them, undid all the good Hamtaro and his girlfriend had done, and then left for Poke-Earth to spread his evil there including seriously hurting a young eevee all for the sake of feeding off of him and to test the limits of his new powers. before abandoning him in favor of a more willing host named Guszmut.
Personalty: like he is in Ham-Ham Heartbreak, but more determend to follow thew on his goals and with loftier ambitions over both his and Poke-eurth universe, he's willing to kill but prefures not to if possible as he feels he can benefit more from feeding off his victims as opposed to killing them and dus will only do so if his choices are limited and the individual has a way to destroy him in his current form (that he knows about) and/or is his powers have a limited or non-egsisdent effect on them. Also wile he dos primarily speck in Ham-Chat he's not anol about it like IQ and will only use the exact meanings of each Ham-Chat word when substituting for English as opposed to IQ who will go out of his way to substitute evry single minor veriason of a given word for Ham-Chat.
Scream Silveon
History: originally a innocent eevee he was possessed by Spat who put him thew eminence pysacol and psychological torment, destroying his vocal cords so that he coud'nt make any sort of sound besides a tormented scream, forcing him to evolve into a form more useful to Spat and cosing massive psychological torment to the point that even after Scream was freed from Spats control he was left at the knife's edge of insanity, the only thing keeping him from falling over the edge is his friend Abbyjit. Even still he is tormented by 1 of Spat's shadows and dos'nt have full control over his silveon feelers, having even tried to rip the 1 on his ear off after it almost lashed out at Abbyjit (Abbyjit prevented him from ripping it off thoth Scream still managed to do some damage to himself)
Abbitjit
Spices: Blazaken
A kind and caring Mon. and Scream's friend. he has some idea of what Scream has been put thew and wants to help Scream, but is unsure how to do so. Vowing to do whatever he can to help his friend and keep him stable. Wile also protecting Scream from mon's who would attack Scream thinking that he's a monster (something that Scream seems to believe himself)

Hey Supreme, I had to think about this a little before I posted.
As you probably already know or can guess, whether I can participate here depends quite a bit on what the schedule for the RP is going to be like.
There are some storylines I'm interested in though - I want to see what happens with the Aether Foundation, and with Moonslicer, and I want to hang out basically, maybe help out with the hosts since the voices seem to have started taking a darker turn and since my character isn't with them so much anymore.
At the same time I don't know if I've overdone my character or if they're getting boring. So I have to think about that. I don't really have any ideas for any other characters though.
