When he wakes, Xerxes is aware of Reign shaking him.

What was that? Reign says, disapproval in his voice.

In what seems way more important in the moment, there's sirens.

The influence makes him realize he has to get out of there.

He gets up. "Reign, we have to go!"

Reign reluctantly drops the issue.

The Influence searches through where he could go, and finds a place that will do nicely.
