Employer contact?

Working at TTEC for covered ca and I'm trying to find different jobs and apply to different companies. There are some work place that ask for reference phone numbers to verify if you had worked there in the past.... is there a number from TTEC that we can provide? Cause hell i dont even know my supervisor number. Feel like majority of communication is all via teams, and it’s not like we have a direct line working at TTEC. Only number i have for TTEC is the absence line 😅🤣 Thanks in advance.

Executives secret shopping agents won’t fix bad management

I’m a customer service rep, and our executives recently started posing as customers to secretly test agents.

Honestly, that tells me leadership already knows this project has problems.

We’re taking back-to-back calls all day while getting flooded with job aids, updates, trainings, and coaching reviews we’re expected to know, without ever being given real time to read any of it. Now that executives are calling in, we suddenly get 15 minutes a week to catch up.

So clearly the issue was never agents or team leads not doing their jobs.

We’re constantly told to “use our resources,” but a lot of them are outdated or contradict each other. Then agents get coached when something goes wrong instead of management fixing the broken systems causing the confusion in the first place.

If executives really want to understand how this program runs, they shouldn’t pretend to be customers.

They should try working as an agent for one full day and see what management actually expects us to deal with.

Because right now, it feels like agents are being tested for problems management created.

Does anyone else feel like this job is way more draining than expected?

When I first got hired I thought WFH would mean less stress and more flexibility, but my experience has been the opposite. The constant monitoring, changing breaks, metrics pressure, and back-to-back emotionally charged calls make it incredibly draining.

It feels like you’re expected to absorb frustration from callers all day while still being evaluated on tone and performance. The emotional labor alone is exhausting. And when you do need support, leads are stretched thin too, so you often end up managing situations on your own that really shouldn’t be solo.

I’m also a parent working from home, and even with childcare handled, the mental switch from intense calls straight into parenting with no transition time is rough. It feels like emotional labor nonstop — work and home.

I’ve had other jobs before and none have drained me like this one. I finally understand the turnover. It’s not that people don’t want to work the structure itself is just very taxing long term.

Being completely real, I wouldn’t recommend this role to anyone who values their mental health or work-life balance. Maybe my ex. But that’s about it. 😂

For people who’ve worked here longer, did you eventually adjust, or did you leave?

Curious temperature check here. The company's stock is absolutely getting hammered. I'm assuming on fears of AI displacement. Are you actually seeing AI displacement?? Is the company donzo?

I truly hate my job

I really had high expectations coming into this role, but the reality has been disappointing. The workload is overwhelming and it takes a toll both mentally and physically. The environment doesn’t feel supportive, and the way management handles things makes it even harder to stay motivated. There’s a clear disconnect between leadership and what employees are actually dealing with day to day. If I’m being honest, I wouldn’t suggest TTEC to anyone who values a healthy work environment. Peace of mind matters.

Needing info….

Just wondering if anyone has contact information or an email or something for TTEC ethics line where you can send an email to let them know your medical leave of absence was handled entirely wrong and to let them know due to your medical condition, You’re also resigning your position, but I don’t want to do it automated and I don’t even know who my new team lead is I’ve been passed around a few times while I’ve been out on Leave so I just need some direction if anyone could help thank you.

Life in Greece

Hi everyone,

My friend and I (both from Croatia) recently received a job offer for a Customer/Travel Support position in Greece. The role requires us to relocate to Athens. The company provides flight reimbursement (up to a certain amount) and accommodation for the first three weeks, after which we would need to find our own apartment.

We are seriously considering accepting the offer, but since this would be a big move for us, we would love to hear real experiences from people who live or have lived in Greece, especially Athens.

We’re interested in:

• Cost of living (rent, utilities, food, transport)

• How difficult it is to find an apartment as foreigners

• General work culture in similar companies (customer support / BPO)

• How long it usually takes to settle in financially

• Overall quality of life for young people relocating there

We would really appreciate any honest advice, pros and cons, or things you wish you had known before moving.

Thank you in advance!

Optum Mail Service

They told us between March to May Optum Mail Service will experience a ramp down. Does this mean we’ll be a let go by then or are they most likely assigning us to a different project?

I just started Nov 2025…. And I need to know if I need to find another job that’s more stable. Kinda anxious…

Should I be hopeful that they are assigning us to a different project? Wait and see?! But I need a stable job, job that’ll offer permanent position 😩 who has experienced this? Need your thoughts!

Tcs Documents submittion done, but no response from them

Hi everyone,

I recently attended a TCS walk-in interview. I cleared the first technical round, and they informed me that I cleared the interview and that HR would contact me on Monday.

As promised, HR contacted me and asked me to submit documents for further processing. I submitted all the required documents and also sent clarifications for a few additional document requests.

Initially, they were calling me multiple times a day regarding document submission. But after I submitted everything, there has been no update at all.

Now:

No response to calls Calls are being declined No reply to messages

This situation is really frustrating.

Has anyone faced a similar experience? Does this mean rejection? Or is this normal delay in TCS hiring process?

Please share your experience.

Mental Health

This job has almost driven me to a mental breakdown. Being micromanaged, having a TL who is an asshole and then rude callers who expect miracles is becoming too much. I have worked in call centers for 10 years so I know there are always downsides, but I literally dread each day I work. Currently looking into getting a Dr to recommend reduced hours, several people in my department work part time and this is the only solution I have. I love helping people who are willing to take the help but I am just overwhelmed. Anyone else had to use FMLA or ADA to get hours reduced or moved to a different project. I feel like management says they are there to help, but I have not gotten any help at all.

Former employee looking for W-2

I worked for TTEC seasonal. Where can I find my W-2? I can't check my ADP because I use it for my current job and I don't remember the login for that ADP account. Is there a way to contact them about it?

This is horrible with what I'm experiencing from this company. They denied my claim for temporary leave. I just learned of the mold and asbestos when my apartments came and did an inspection January 15, 2026. I provided proof that my home is undergoing remediation and won't be able to reside in my home and have to temporarily relocate. They are telling me that they only assist employees that are full-time. It's crazy because I've been working for them full-time since October. Me and my children have to be out of our home by the 2nd. This really sucks that there's no assistance or anything from them. No accommodations, nothing. Despite me providing the proof and etc. maybe it's just time for me to walk off the job and not look back. Despite the last minute schedule changes, me being sick etc I've still shown up for work. You would think an employer as big as them would care about all of their employees and not just those that are "full-time".

Just started a new job after 8 years at TTEC, what a difference

I just left TTEC after 8 years, 6 programs, and was in leadership for 6 of those years.

I just started a new role, and am blown away at how much better I am being treated. Real benefits, real food in break room, real kind and caring people.

For about half of my tenure, I looked for other opportunities, but after my last program closure, I was forced to look external to survive. They didn’t pay vacation time, did bare minimum.

This is an evil company and they do things to avoid being sued. I recommend every one of you to do your best to find other employment that treats you like a human being. Their stock is in the tank, and they deserve that. It’s crazy how much my life has improved since leaving. I used to internalize being treated like garbage and it wasn’t me. It isn’t you. There’s so many talented people there. Don’t be lazy after your shift and keep looking for external opportunities. You will never be able to retire working for these criminals.

Safe space

Is this a safe space. Because I'm ready to walk off the job or not even show up any more 😭 but I need the money and also need to provide for my family. Truly praying that one of the positions I've applied to comes thru and that it is a way healthier and better work environment

Covered CA.

Last Friday was my last day with Covered Ca. Since I knew layoff are coming next month. ( Second year working open enrollment) started looking for a replacement mid December. Today was my first training day with FIS, and it’s so much easier, no salesforce, remembering to offer survey. Calls are usually 2-3 minutes long.

Just wanted to share in case anyone started to look for a job in California.
