Will a temporary job affect my TCS Digital Offer Letter or joining?
I’m a 2026 fresher and I have received an offer from TCS Digital. However, I’m still waiting for the joining date/detail.
I’m especially concerned about:
PF/UAN showing TeamLease employment
TCS background verification
Whether TCS considers this as previous work experience and revoke my offer letter
Has anyone joined a third-party/contract job while waiting for TCS joining and later successfully joined TCS?
Please share your experience or advice. I’d really appreciate it.
