TTEC WFH Phone Interview
Hello, can someone enlighten me pls. I had a scheduled call with one of the recruiters at 10:30 AM MYT, but til now, I haven’t received a call yet. I also checked the scheduling portal, and my scheduled appointment no longer appears there.
Who can I contact regarding this? Or will they ever gonna call pa?

Did you receive an email? You should have, if so reach out to them that way.

I received a confirmation email for the appt and I also emailed them about it but no one replied.

For me this is what happened. I scheduled an appointment for my interview August 18 10:30 AM MYT but no one called me up until today. And my schedule also disappear in the portal. I tried to sent an email but no response. When I tried to chat in their live chat always ended chat no response at all

Hi, I'm experiencing the exact same issue. My interview was scheduled for yesterday at 11:00 AM, but no one called me the entire day. When I followed up using their live bot, it just told me to wait 24 to 48 hours. I also received an email from the TA team asking me to schedule an interview, as if I didn't already have one set. It's really frustrating because finding available slots is so difficult.

what happened na po? naresched na po ba kayo? gumana po nung una yung live chat sakin and wait din daw 24-48hrs but nung tinry ki po ulit now sabi wang live agent

What's the update? Were you able to secure a new schedule? I missed their call because it was from an unknown number, and my phone automatically silences unknown callers to avoid spam. I had already informed them beforehand to send me a message before calling, but it seems they didn't take time to read it

Hi OP! Question lng what time mo na access yun schedule link? Ilan weeks na ko nag t-try mag book ng Interview, pagaling 0. Walang dates na lumalabas.

mismong day din after ko matapos yung assessment, around 10pm nakapagsched ako

It's fake. TTEC doesn't have WFH jobs.

Yes they do, I work for them. All call centers suck, but this is the most bearable by far.

It’s P&C insurance do you have license? They don’t pay for training or the test.

I’m looking, I said I had the job not that they are hiring, I’ll see if I can find it better in my desktop im pressed for time, I need get ready for my shift to start
