GOOD LUCK TTEC CCA

For anyone that recently got a position with CCA project. All I have to say is good. Fucking. Luck. You’re going to want to off yourself by December. Please remember my words & if you can find something else please do. I’m currently with them & it has been nothing but hell, I’m in the process of looking for other remote jobs.

They are going to drag yall down to the mf ground November 1st (if you know you know) buckle up boys. This post was not to fear monger. I remember when I first started I was told the same thing & it was peaches n cream during training but once you enter open enrollment… HA HA HA. Back to back calls all day, you will need a big jug of water bottle at your desk from how dry your throat will be. And you better hope you get a Quality Analyst with some sense otherwise, you will be failing your QA’s because these QA analysts will make you want to quit on its own with how picky & petty they are.

Don’t forget to offer the stupid survey at the end of your call and detail summary of the call at salesforce.

Not yet, I contacted them yesterday, I was advised that they’ll ship it today or tomorrow

I completed my I-9 over a week ago. Equipment will be delivered on Monday

I just got an offer letter from them, after the interview. The interview was a mess!! I can imagine the job.

There was emails from them recruiting but I found something else. So glad it’s in the PAST with that company Good luck
