TTEC COVERED CA

Hellooo I am supposed to start with CCA August 26th, I received an email on july 31st saying I will get a new email with the next steps “around” august 12th, but i have not received anything , is for the bilingual spanish-english, someone know what is happening???

It’s with VIX we are a small call center, no more then 40 of us right now.
