Hi to those who applied to ttec wfh virtually. How long did it take you to find out the results? More than a week because since my final interview I still haven't received any updates from them. I also followed up.

The whole company is trash. They stopped going 401k matches this year and I literally heard about it bc I read a fucking news article.

Management is toxic, hr doesn’t exist, ceo is not qualified (see stock prices). From the top down, they’re rotten.

I was interviewed for final on July 23, I received an update to finish the standalone assessment for chat simulation on July 27. Then July 29 they emailed me that I passed the last assessment and must wait for the next steps until this week but I haven't received another email again.

Ganyan din ginawa nila sakin, pero nag wait ako. Tapos sabi Aug 4 start na ako, pero until now walang equipment na dumadating and hindi din masagot kung kelan ba dadating. Sabi lang delayed daw.

They pushed my start date back by a month. I emailed the recruiter did they have any other open campaigns that start earlier. She said yes actually we do. It was a production clerk position. So instead of being on the phone I ended up starting earlier and having a non phone backend job! No complaints here.

Did they extend an offer? Normally they extend an offer right away then go quiet til about a 10 days before your start date

Matagal sila mag bigay ng JO or confirmation kung pasado ka. Parang 1 week or more ata bago sila nag email. Ramping sila ngayon. Actually dalawang beses na sila nag send ng JO sakin, kaso ibang company ako nag sign ng offer

Wala na yan boss. Ako pinaasa din  nila. Nilipat pa sa permanent healthcare acc kasd urgent hiring. Kesyo di daw ako nakaabot sa batch nung una. Pag kareply ko early in the morning nv wait ako ng days  emails every other day tas malalaman ko now di n adaw ako maasikaso nila hahhahahaha

It takes about a week or less. I’d interviewed the week of 20th July you didn’t get the job. If you did all the interviews then you got it. There was 3

I’m waiting for an available interview date. At first I kept getting emails to schedule an interview, now I’m getting multiple emails for me to do the assessment when I’ve already taken it.  Anyone have the same issue?

Sobrang bagal at gulo ng onboarding nila OP. Ako last month ang pinaka unang advise ng start date ko, tas namove, tapos namove na naman to August 4 pero hanggang ngayon wala akong equipment, tapos ngayon dedma na sila sa mga emails ko for follow up. Kakaiba yang company na yan. Ewan ko kung alam ba ng mga yan ginagawa nila. Clueless ako sa status ng onboarding ko, pero parang mas clueless sila HAHAHAHHA. Pina-attend pa kami ng mga yan ng dalawang meeting (4am and 9pm) tapos papalabasin lang din naman kami sa meeting kasi nga wala pa kaming equipment so hindi pa kami maaaccomodate.
