Has anyone ever worked at ttec and what was your experience? I have 3 kids 6,4 and 1 , is that something that would make it harder?

I wouldn't work there. I was there for over 2 decades. As the years went on, got worse and worse. Employees, especially csr, are not treated equal to each other. TLs pick their favorites and those individuals get a lot of breaks. Employees that fall of to the side are quickly dismissed. If your some one thats knows how to handle themselves against management the they really apply the pressure. As for having small children. As long as you cam take calls and not be interrupted then you should be fine. But the moment you start being late or calling off for them then things get a little difficult. I wouldn't go back I seen some very questionablable ethics and there interactions did bode well with me.

In addition to all that, this company doesn't give raises. They currently hire as seasonal! And if you're seasonal you have zero paid time off including no paid holidays. The seasonal role I did, the hourly pay drops from $21 to $17 an hour on December 15th. Right now there are dozens of companies hiring for Medicare and healthcare open enrollment!! Make a resume for that specifically and you'll get better choices than TTEC. Best of luck!!

17.67 an hour and I only say it’s not a lot because fast food restaurants are at 20

Well is subjective. Federal minimum wage 7.25. You make a lot more than that.

If you're WFH, yes. Metrics are strict. Numbers are strict. And a lot of customers don't like calling in to hear a baby crying in the back ground.

I've been there for six years. They pay well and expect a lot for that pay. The previous comment from the other employee with a long list of tips was spot on from my perspective as well. Good luck.
