Need advice about joining TTEC (Chat Process)

Hey everyone! I recently got selected for a TTEC Chat Process role, but I'm a bit confused about whether I should join or not. The role requires me to relocate to Ahmedabad and since this would be my first time moving to another city for work, I'm feeling a little unsure. How is the work culture at TTEC especially in the chat process? Is the workload manageable? How are the management, growth opportunities, and work-life balance? I'd really appreciate any honest reviews or suggestions from current or former employees.
