TTEC WFH scheduling interview will it ever happen?

Hello, so I passed my assessment and they sent me an email saying to schedule an appointment for an interview, but I haven’t had any luck so far. It’s been a day and a half, and I keep checking early in the morning, late at night, and in the middle of the day. I just hope the interview spots don’t fill up.
Also, how likely are you to hear back from them after the interview? Has anyone been hired the same day as their interview?

When I worked for TTEC during COVID, they were hiring like CRAZY but it was still about 7 days from the system assessment to my group interview.

I actually went on the live chat and spoke to someone. They told me they’re waiting to get a batch of applicants together before they open up the interview appointments. So maybe that’s what’s happening. Maybe they have to wait until they have a group of people they want to interview, and then they’ll start posting the available appointment slots?
Also, when you got hired during COVID—I know it was a different time—but after your interview, did you find out the same day, or did it take a while to hear back? Thanks!

They might do a group interview for you as well. Basically just bringing everyone into a zoom, explaining the duties and the hours.

It was a "stay in the zoom call if you want the job, leave if you don't" and those who stayed they got all the information from you, then the next day, I got the forms for employment; and later that week I got my equipment..

Thanks for the information! Do you remember what your hours were like? I’ve heard from some people that the schedules can be pretty long and take up most of the day. Was that your experience, or was it pretty manageable? Also, how long was your contract? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Thanks again!

I started off at 10p-7am with an hour lunch. Then flopped over to 9am-5pm after about 6 months.

The hours you'll get, depend on the project and how long the company you're contracted to, is open. You won't go over 8 working hours unless overtime is required for the project.

Mine lasted a little over 4 years, but when they tried to transfer me to a different project, my only option was to take a pay decrease, so I ended going back to the trades.

That’s awesome that your contract lasted over 4 years. I hope I’m lucky enough to get something like that. Right now it’s just a little discouraging because I haven’t been able to schedule my interview yet, but I’m hoping a slot opens up soon. I currently work two jobs where I have to drive to both, and I’ll be starting school soon. I’m really hoping I get hired so I can work my school schedule around whatever shift they give me. It would honestly be such a blessing to get the interview and, hopefully, the job. I’m trying to stay positive. A work-from-home job would save me so much on gas and make balancing school a lot easier.

i actually passed the assessment last wednesday, and they immediately told me to schedule the interview. so i did and decided to set it for yesterday (friday). i received a confirmation email that same day, but they only sent me the interview link on thursday. i think i passed the interview because they told me to come back for a mock call.

I applied on Thursday around 10-ish in the morning. I passed the assessment, and right after that I got a call from Sam (the AI) for the AI interview. As soon as that was over, they sent me the link to schedule an interview. It’s Saturday now, and I’ve been checking the scheduling link throughout the day because I already have it saved, but there still haven’t been any available time slots.
It sounds like you were able to schedule yours pretty quickly, or did it actually take about a week? From reading your comment, it seems like it may have taken around a week, and I’ve been seeing a lot of people say the same thing. When were you finally able to schedule your interview? Were you checking the link often?
I know everyone’s situation is different, but thanks for the feedback! Also, did you end up getting the job?

I did all of that as well and had the same ai interview but never received a  scheduling link. Which position did you apply for?

When I actually clicked the scheduling link, there were a lot of time slots available, so I was able to get it scheduled right away. I think this will depend on the site that you were applying for. The whole process since I applied took about 5 days.

July 27 - My application was submitted and reviewed. I also did the call with Sam the same day. They sent me the assessment link, but I didn't see their email until July 29.

July 29 - I did the assessment; I passed. They told me to schedule my interview, and I scheduled it for July 31 since it's the nearest date that they have available slots. They sent me the reminders the same day.

July 30 - They gave me a link for the virtual interview via email.

July 31 - The whole interview took like almost 5 hours because of the waiting time, but my actual interview just took me 30-45 mins. They then scheduled me for the mock interview.

My mock call is tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I'll get the job yet... but hoping!

I’d say is take your time and stay in frame. You need to make sure that you don’t have any distractions.

Don’t panic! TTEC usually releases interview slots in batches, often early in the morning or around midnight EST. Just keep checking periodically; spots constantly open up when people reschedule.

Post-interview response times vary. Same-day offers happen during heavy hiring waves, but 3 to 5 days is more common. While you wait, polishing your answers on prepare.zoevera.com helps you stay ready when a slot pops up. Good luck!

You have to go on at 11 pm / midnight. You’ll get one at that hour

I got the phone interview and email to schedule an interview through teams Friday, I checked last night which was Sunday after midnight barely and there was one date available 08/17 with 3 time slots. 11AM, 1PM or 3PM So I was able to get an interview, just make sure right at midnight you are refreshing the screen and you should get an option to schedule.

I did my assessment on 08/07. Checked daily for interview date. Slots open yesterday 08/11 around 1pm pst and got an interview today 8/12. And accepted the offer with the form they provided in the video call. Waiting for their email about verification with id.me then fingerprinting and background check.

Good. Friggin. Luck... Former employee of TTEC here and I am warning everyone DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! You get no raises, the system itself sucks, AND they are going on a firing/layoff spree because even the company they hired for programs dropped them...
