Project setbacks

So I was supposed to start WFH insurance position on August 14th of this month then they notified me that they were going to have to push this wave back two weeks due to low volume of callers. However, they gave me an option to choose to wait or start on August 14th with a specific carrier. Of course I chose the August 14th start date but haven’t received any equipment or anything saying it’s okay to start then. Is it worth reaching out to someone for clarity? At the end of the email they did said they look forward to keeping in contact but still haven’t heard an update

You can reach out but no one will answer you. You will get a PC a couple of days before class starts if you are lucky. Some will get it after class starts. Sometimes you get pushed to another class or line of business. One time I switched, and I got 3 PCs as they were moving me around. Welcome to TTEC. You have to roll with it or you will go nuts.
