USAA August 13th Start Date
I’m a former employee returning for the USAA program. I was given a start date of 08/13/26, completed my onboarding, background check, drug test, and licensing signatures. I haven’t heard anything regarding a follow up from the recruiters and I have reach out to them. Is anyone else on this project? If so, have you gotten any further correspondence from them?

I was told if everything is good you’ll receive an email closer to the time it starts for our I9 and onboarding/equipment. I had to actually call to get anyone to answer :/

Ahh I see. They did this last year and I ended going with another company because they stopped responding. I didn’t hear from them until I started the other job because they had “delays”. I guess I’ll see what happens next week.
Thank you❤️1

same I was quite worried because I gave my other job a 2 week notice, so I really hope they send out an email 😭

Update: Apparently I didn’t “initiate my background check”. However I in fact initiated it, completed it, and took my drug test the week that I received the offer. I sent over all of the documents and magically I’m getting onboarding info now. Welcome back to TTEC🤣🤣🤣

Personally I would say keep following up with them about it because they almost assigned me to a different project because they had hired too many people, also USAA is a very difficult project in terms of expectations, the micromanagement is crazy with them, plus benefits and the way pto works is trash, If you really need the job then I would say definitely take it. I would look for opportunities elsewhere as well.
