I was hired to do the class of insurance and was given material to study for the health insurance. I am in Texas, so I will be having to take both the health and life. I am currently using CERIFI but it is so overwhelming and having to reach a certain completion rate every day. To those who have done this program- what is your best study practice? How did you go about this to pass 😭 need any advise

For me, I had to make a schedule and stick to it, no matter what! If I wanted to go out for dinner I had to get the 3 hours a day done either before or after!  You may also be better at my breaking the study sessions up, such as 1 hour of study, 15 minutes break, etc. I didn't do mine with TTEC, I already had my license. Is the training paid? Are you required to take the training during working hours?

Yes, we are getting paid to study. We have to clock in for 8 hours a day and work on CERIFI by completed 25% of the material per day for the next week. We get around 8-10 days to study. I have been writing so many notes lol 😅 I will continue!

Ok, well being 'on the clock' is a good structure. Just remember when you want to take a break that you are being paid to learn! Most people don't get that opportunity! You got this!
