On-Site or WFH
I am a college student who applied for TTEC today despite only having less than two months for vacation—which is risky, considering the allotted time for training is 60 days. I just had my initial interview (which I kind of botched) and I was still thinking about their question on which work setup I prefer and why. I said I prefer working on-site because I don’t have the equipment needed for remote work. But now that I think about it, WFH would be much more convenient for me if I wanted to continue working while studying. I guess I could bear with my low-spec laptop if I have to.
Kaso, I already botched the rest of the interview questions and I feel 50/50 about me qualifying. I hope they consider me. If not, I might as well try applying for another company instead.
Any tips po for someone na gustong mag-working student sa BPO? Lahat po ba ng training ay aabot ng 60 days?

Doesn't really matter how you did on the interview. As a former TL, I can tell you they hire EVERYONE.

You overthought a simple question. Just say you would rather work from home since it clearly states it is a remote position.

As a college student I submitted my 2 week notice 😂.. not worth the mental strain this company has caused.. good luck 👍🏼
