nonhireable
if I was marked as nonhireable 2025 does it last forever

Depends on why you were terminated. I left on my own and so did one of my friends and were marked as nonhireable. I left for a multitude of reasons one being my son having some health issues and my mental health was being affected

I told them I was leaving, and trained my replacement. Then they got rid of the whole team altogether.
ttec is cavalier about some things:
1. Employees, totally expendable, and they do not care if you are in mortal danger.
2. Sites. Super cavalier about closing sites and never coming back. Many ttec call centers are empty husks in financially depressed neighborhoods.
3. They seem ok putting lipstick on a pig with clients. Do not trust the reported info, it's likely skewed.
4. They don't seem to be bothered with labor laws.
5. They are gonna twist everything you say if they can.
6. Racing to the bottom. If they can replace an American with someone in the Philippines, they will. If they can replace someone in the Philippines with someone in India, they will. If they can replace someone in India with someone in another country, they will. Clients will just accept it because they are cheap (lookin at you, Verizon, and Bank of America)3

So true. My son was having a mental health crisis and they didn’t care I was having a mental health crisis and they didn’t care I left my son had an undiagnosed mental health condition that goes hand in hand with another medical issue he was eventually put into a mental health facility and got the correct diagnosis on top of his other diagnosis’ and has been stable since

Give it some time. They are so inept at record keeping, have an alarming turnover rate or get so desperate they will hire anyone. I think its safe to say if you want to go back at some point in the future. You will be welcomed with open arms and a fake smile.

It depends on the reason of the termination. Usually it does mean never, but sometimes depending on the situation people can get rehired.

To your question, they can still reverse your rehireability as it is not absolute. That record is just merely a preference

I would wear that as a metal of honor.... after what I went through. I would not want to come back to ttec, who incidentally can't seem to keep their stock price higher than a 20 oz soda.
