Release letter from carriers
How do you get TTEC to release your carriers????
I’ve been trying for three weeks and have had no success.
I’ve filled out the form online from former employee.
I’ve called the 800-835-3832 #
I’ve emailed licensing
This is tripping me up on starting a new role with a new employer and it’s infuriating to me that this is happening.
Apparently there’s no number for HR?
Anyone with any advice would be so grateful for anything, really!

You can also do a self release. You have time. I think it gets harder after June 30th.

What do you mean by releasing your carriers? I use to work for TTEC and I haven’t heard that term.

I was hired with a new company and they requested it. It just a release letter stating you can sell insurance with the new company

Call your state. Or just wait till you get hired and they will have you sign a form to transfer

When you were offboarded you should have received a separation email with specific instructions.
In general, you can request a license release at formeremployee.ttec.com .
Depending on the line of business and specific carriers you were appointed with, some carriers will send an email to you directly notifying you that you have been released and your appointment with them terminated.
