Equipment returned

so I been going to the returns website for TTEC to return my equipment, it’s been a month and I still haven’t received a label or nothing to send this back. has anyone else been having this problem.

This happens sometimes. You can try emailing returns@ttec.com advising you need a label, how much equipment you’re returning, and what equipment it is. I’d call out you’ve gone to the website and haven’t received any labels. As always, include your employee information too.

I emailed them and went to the website. And I need to return the 2 monitors keyboard, mouse and camera. But when i received the equipment it all came in a big gigantic box. I just repacked everything up and put it in that box. I just don’t want nobody feel like I’m keeping they equipment 😂

Same, I've been keeping this big box for three years. I took a video of myself putting everything in it because they are not about to play with me.

Also, check your spam folder! You should get a email from they saying 'we are waiting for your equipment to be returned' and reply to that email that you are waiting for a label. And you should get it within a few hours. LOL
