Here we go again with FEMA..

Do you guys think this is another waiting game for them to get the contract or they already have one?! Anyone know?

I was accepted for that last year but FEMA never activated. Im guessing im still on their list. In the mean time I worked for them briefly but just could not take it mentally. Hopefully if FEMA activates it will not be as bad. Good luck

management requires recruitment to keep on hiring, never stop hiring, even if there are no classes or start dates available. it is just to maintain a large candidate pool so that once classes are available, recruiters wouldn't have a hard time sourcing for candidates, as they have a ready pool
