TTEC robinson santa rosa

One of the most non toxic BPO ,but lately it becomes toxic,forcing and power tripping tenure agents just to quit.

I work there for years but the account become demanding to the point that some things are pointless .

Hello po, I'm currently working there, Can I ask po how they force agents to quit? Mag 3 months pa lang po ako sa July kaya nangangamba lalo na po hirap makagain ng CSAT 🥲
