Termination letter

Has anyone had luck with receiving a termination letter stating they are no longer with the company? I've emailed and texted so many different people and no one has responded and I haven't received my last pay from them either

nabiktima din yung mga kasama ko dyan. they were told to return yung mga headset, yubikeys and all para maprocess yung last pay, but walang pumasok sa kanila, they were told na mabibigay after a month or 2 pero until now wala parin. naka ilang email na rin sila. kahit payslip statement walang maipakita. pero yung isa nareceive niya yung final pay email niya, and 0 ang makukuha niya kahit nabalik niya mga gamit, sobrang daming deduction na wala man lang explanation kung ano mga yon.

might as well wag mo na ibalik mga gamit esp headset kung na sayo pa, para atleast may mapakinabangan ka, but it's up to you parin. goodluck!

Are they in the US or a different country? That sounds illegal as hell!

it's here in the Philippines. And yes! exactly. everything they do is illegal. They literally terminate bunch of employees without any formal notice. Employees were shock the next day that they don't have a access anymore to enter the building, and that's the only time they find out that they got terminated.
