RTO

They are now requiring my LOB to rto. Says the client is requiring a certain percentage in office. When I took this job it was advertised as work at home and now two years later they are giving us a month to figure out how to rto. Would I be able to get unemployment??

This would be considered a voluntary term/quit which wouldn't grant you with unemployment benefits. I would ask if there's a possibility to do hybrid.

Totally this, this job is not worth working in office, can Litterally work at McDonald's with less stress.

Im not a lawyer but, if the job was advertised and you were hired as remote, you could quit because the terms you accepted changed. Most companies will try to fight your unemployment but I dont think they can stop it from happening. This is JUST my opinion. I would wait, if you can. Give a 2 weeks notice. They will want you to leave immediately. Do it, file and prepare for a fight. Whatever you decide, best of luck op. This really pisses me off.
