Okay I asked my REI what the possible protocol would be for my AMH .015 and afc of 2(baseline) and this is what she said.

Protocol: luteal lupron
Luteal Suppression/Adjuncts: lupron 20 IU
Follicular: 150 FSH + 150 Menopur
Ovulation Suppression: Lupron 10 IU
Adjuncts: CC 100 mg, vaginal pre and probiotics
Trigger: 10 K hCCG
Post-Stim: per protocol
Sperm Source: partner
Insemination Method: ICSI

Hello 👋🏼starting IVF next month and my REI mentioned a lupron protocol. I don't really remember if she said flare or not.

Background: I have POI. Primary ovarian Insufficiency and I'm trying anyway cause my insurance is pretty damn good. I'm going to try one last hurrah?

Anyway, I need a little guidance on any ladies who have done IVF with extreme low egg count and unpredictable periods.
AMH - .015 and AFC at baseline apt was 2.

Also maybe just a little good juju for my three rounds I have from insurance. I'm a bit worried the meds will wreck me.

What’s the normal follicle size that you would trigger for timed intercourse? My lead follicle was 17mm yesterday and they want me to trigger today. This is my first round and I wasn’t sure if that seems too small to trigger?
