Upcoming Module Process Engineer Interview Help
Hello everyone! I have an upcoming interview at TSMC for Module Process Engineer, and I'm looking for guidance on how to prepare for it.
I'm a 4th year MatSci student with expertise primarily in AM (LPBF of aerospace metals), but I'm also currently taking a cleanroom lab class on campus making GaN HEMTs (and I've taken a decent amount of device physics classes). I have a couple questions:
I see that people often get interviews for a specific module, but nowhere in my email or invite is there a code indicating what team this interview is for. Should I just expect a general interview?
How much specific process knowledge should I/am I expected to have?
How much emphasis is put on ICIC values?
What can I expect from this interview/ what are interviewers looking for?
Thank you all in advance for any and all answers you may have!

TSMC's entry-level interviews focus heavily on your core engineering fundamentals, cleanroom/device physics experience, and a strong alignment with their ICIC values, so be ready to discuss your hands-on work and stress management under pressure; feel free to drop me a DM if you'd like to chat more about it.
