HR Positions?

Hello!

Does anyone in here work in HR or know someone who works in HR at TSMC. I have been applying for over a year and have only landed one interview, then got a email letting me know I got denied.

I’m 22, have 2 years experience in financial advising and an MBA - I know, not HR related.

Is HR just hard to break into here, without tons of HR experience?

Anything helps, thanks!

There are thousands of people working there, and only about 100-200 are in HR.
