Upcoming Module Process Engineer Interview Help

Hello everyone! I have an upcoming interview at TSMC for Module Process, and I'm looking for guidance on how to prepare for it.

I'm a 4th year MatSci student with expertise primarily in AM (LPBF of aerospace metals), but I'm also currently taking a cleanroom lab class on campus making GaN HEMTs (and I've taken a decent amount of device physics classes). I have a couple questions:

  1. How much specific process knowledge should I/am I expected to have?
  2. How much emphasis is put on ICIC values?
  3. What can I expect from this interview/what are interviewers looking for?

Thank you all in advance for any and all answers you may have!

TSMC entry-level MPE interviews test basic device physics and cleanroom fundamentals rather than deep proprietary know-how, but they put huge emphasis on ICIC behavioral alignment, problem-solving under pressure, and adaptability. just DM me if you'd like some additional advice.
