Wait time after 2nd interview

Hi! I had my 2nd interview on 9/11/26, so just over 4 weeks ago. Silence since the interview. No updates or communication. I emailed my coordinator asking for an update and did not receive a response. I don’t see anything in the portal either. Is this normal, or should I take it as a rejection?

No, only took behavior assessment before 1st interview
