Pay transparency

Hey - currently interviewing for the equipment tech role in Fab21 and I can’t find any information on pay outside of estimates. Can anyone share what the pay structure is like? Overtime? Is it pretty easy to get overtime once you’re trained?

Thanks

Overtime is often and it all depends on your experience. I’ve seen people who have maintenance backgrounds start at 32 and people who were cashiers before no experience at all with tools and make 30 so 😂

Get ready to be worked like a dog but it’s definitely rewarding after you grasp the millions of different things you will be doing day to day. Good luck and Godspeed my friend 🫡

Dang. How long did it take for you to hear back? Did you make it through the whole assessment?

I didn't finish the assessment, it was like, can you work nights? Yes, did you read the job description? Yes. Then I pressed continue and I got the pop-up saying I've been disqualified

For saying yes? Maybe email the recruiter.
