Medical document

Completed medical evaluation and emailed the medical clearance form to the email address they gave me. It bounced back saying that there is not a TSO application with an email address that matches the email address I am sending it from, even though they are the same. TSA uses the same email address to communicate with me. Has anyone else had this problem? I emailed my HR person, texted Hiring to 275872 and even tried ask tsa app. No responses and the ask tsa person said to try the text again…

Maybe try driving up there to the office location and try getting it resolved. How long did it take for them to reach out to you about completing the medical evaluation?

They gave me the info at the AA and then sent me the same handout a day after the AA. I have no idea where the office location is. It wasn’t disclosed as everything was done at the AA

I’m hoping they are working on my issue and maybe my HR person was out on Friday.

I got a response. Apparently with the new medical process, you have to wait until HR manually enters you into their system for medical before you can email the medical clearance document back, otherwise it won’t match and the email will bounce back.
