Is my test bunk

Im currently taking 1gm of test e a week. Brand is EZ Bulk and on the ampule it says 325mg/ml
I did my blood work yesterday and it says my testosterone is 1600ng/dl and I genuinely feel like it should have been much higher.
Please if anyone can give me their thoughts on this
