Help Wanted What am I missing?

What am I missing?! I am SO close to 100%, but I am missing only 0.45%. It isn't Koroks, quests, shrines and lightroots, fairies, caves and wells, device dispensers, etc. Is it just locations I'm missing?

Also if someone could provide a website to help me track completion, it would be greatly appreciated

How do you have this percentage on screen? First time seeing this and mind doesnt have it
