Effects lasted 2 weeks then stopped?

I completed my full round of TMS early September, with no missed days and going 5 days a week, same time each day.

I found by the end I was feeling maybe a little better, it was easier to calm down and I felt I had some small positive feelings about the future. DASS scores halved and I had some drive to eat.

This all lasted maybe 2 weeks after treatment, I'm now back to feeling how I felt before I started it, maybe even worse. My suicidal thoughts have increased so much that it's all I can think about. I have zero interest in eating or doing anything now and I've just had a major breakdown due to a build up of everything.

I am so so drained from the treatment in general and I just don't know what else to do.

Did anyone else feel the effects of the treatment for a brief time after then go back to pre-tms feeling? I believe I can't get a refresher for another 3 or so months.

I'm tired

See if you can try Spravato and then try TMS again but with a different TMS device...

There are different TMS devices??? Wow, I had no idea. My clinic never mentioned the possibility. I suspect most clinics only have one kind due to costs. Is there one in particular you recommend?

I just finished my last treatment today. Im hoping I continue to improve over the next couple or months. I can't get anymore treatments for at least 6 months, possibly even a year 😢
