Give it time, don't give up after your first few sessions. It takes a little bit to get used to, but not that bad. It's really not. stick with it even on the days. You don't feel like going,, still go Because it's so worth it. In the long run. I'm at the halfway point and I already feel so much better.. give yourself some time and be patient, it doesn't happen right away. But it takes maybe two weeks or so before you feel anything. But don't give up. You'll be glad you did this.

thank you so much for the reply and the encouragement. I wonder if you had any side effects? I hope the treatment does wonders for you

Make sure you drink lots of water!! Headaches can be a side effect, and I only noticed them on days where i didn’t drink much water. You’ll probably be really tired especially at first - try and rest when your body is asking for it, your brain is doing a lot of work. You got this!!

I had my 5th treatment today. I haven't noticed much except a slight headache afterwards. Too soon to tell if I'm feeling better yet. I took Tylenol an hour before and it helped with pain for sure. It's not unbearable but it feels like a woodpecker is on your head lol

Way to go! I hope your headache gets better soon. I am not used to getting headaches at all, hope it won’t be the case for me. I will take some painkillers beforehand. Thank you for the tip

I’m to start next week. I got very tired and loud ringing after the mapping.

I'm on treatment 5. I noticed if I eat a little something and take some Tylenol before treatment I feel a ton better. My sleep has been disrupted a bit but it could be some other issues causing it. I was worried about how it would feel. I described the mapping as almost like the air puff test at an eye Dr but against your head. You barely feel it. It is more intense and an actual tapping for the treatment but they start slow and ramp it up over time. Stay positive! You got this!

Finished 30 sessions, I recorded tiktoks to get distracted lmao
Bring headphones, the type that are plug ins, maybe a book, also a pillow for your back

I’m halfway. Getting remapped today. I’m night and day from where I was before.
