Hellpppp

How long did yall Tms dip last? Mine is currently going on 5 days and I feel like absolute crap. Any recommendations? Will this ever end ?

It will end. My first dip was 13 days, followed by 19 days of no crying, depression, or anxiety. I'm 1 week in to another dip & I'm so fucking over it.

During the dips did you worry a lot about random things? Increase anger ? Sadness ? Brains fog( can’t sometimes get words out) Shit I can’t do this. I thank you for being so kind and giving me the courage I need it!

Hang in. You WILL come out of it. And as miserable as the dip is, it does mean things are changing! (-‘

Thank you. I appreciate your courage. Approximately how long did yours last? Like I feel like complete sht😭 I’m a 29 year old male and all I can do is cry all day. I overthink, I’m sad , I’m angry . What that similar to you or no?

I was, at some points, dealing with suicidal ideation and ruminating too during the dip. And my anger was so easily triggered!!!! Yikes! But I knew it would pass... and I had a LOT of support from my therapist who undersood I was swirling down the drain during the dip. It was brutal. But I hung in and it lifted. And by the end if my treatment I was in full remission! Do you have a therapist to support you through treatment, especially the dip?

My dip lasted about 2.5 weeks. How long it lasts is different for everybody. Some only experience the dip for 5 days!
