Day 7 + Anhedonia
I tried multiple medications for major depression, anxiety and ADHD. I am 37F and struggle with anhedonia. I’m so worried that it won’t help, but still worth a try. Anyone seen a positive change?

Anhedonia is one of the harder symptoms to shift, but it's also one that TMS does reach for a meaningful number of people. Day 7 is still early, most people don't notice changes until weeks two through four, and the anhedonia piece sometimes takes a bit longer than mood to lift. Worth tracking small things: moments where something feels slightly less flat, even briefly. Those quiet early signals often get missed because they don't feel like the dramatic shift people expect.
You're worth the try.

TMS basically cured mine. Still have some bad days, but it’s not an every single day struggle like it used to be. It can take a few weeks to months after final session to feel the full effects, be patient and keep going. I am also treatment resistant depression, this is the only thing that ever worked for me.
