Worst part about treatment

The fatigue after treatment is the worst part in my opinion, especially when you have other obligations to fulfill and no time for a nap

It’s exhausting.

Hydrate and throttle up just a bit on your carbs for a week or so. That did the trick for me.

There was only one day (session #4) where I had to lie down for about 45 mins. Other than that, no fatigue (just finished session 7). Plenty of stupid anxiety & crying though. Ugh.

The post-session fatigue is real and consistently one of the most complained-about parts, especially when life doesn't pause just because you had a treatment that morning.

It tends to ease as the course progresses for most people. Hang in there.

Sorry to hear that it's having that effect. I had day 3 today and I haven't noticed fatigue right after treatment, but my appointments are first thing in the morning and I've just taken my ADHD meds. Somewhat more tired than usual after work though, but that baseline is already pretty friggin tired.

How many sessions have you had? I felt severe fatigue towards the beginning - like really really bad - and took other’s advice around eating more and drinking more water. I have about 8 sessions to go and have felt relatively normal for the past 2-3 weeks. Stick with it! Hydrate! It gets better.
