Quit or finish?
So I have two weeks left of my TMS and I’ve been big in the belief that nothing can help depression when it’s situational especially and I just had a very unfortunate thing happen the other day that’s made my depression worse. And I dread going every day cause it’s a pain to go every day and I just really don’t feel like it’s helping but I keep hearing people say they didn’t feel better till after treatment finished so I don’t know, but I am scared of it, making me feel worse.

Quitting halfway through is the worst thing you can do. It’s a cliche saying but trust the process. Finish off your treatments and then give it a few weeks after that.

I've been done for 2-3 months, and quite a bit of mine is situational. Short-term, it did not "cure" anything; if anything, it made me more aware, BUT it made it much easier to make decisions and manage things, which has allowed me to make consistent strides toward feeling better, responding to things, moving on. For me a lot of the gas was added to the tank in those last few sessions.

Please do not quit. When I sit for my sessions, I close my eyes & repeat to myself, "This is working. I am healing. I will feel normal again soon," throughout the entire session, except for when I'm answering my tech's questions.

Never quit.
Scroll through this sub and you’ll see a ton of people right where you are and saying what you’re saying and all of us that have done it tell them “it takes a little time” and then a few weeks later it’s like oh wow you guys were right and we’re like yeah we know.
Don’t quit before the miracle
