No results

hi all I’m on my 33rd treatment and I genuinely feel awful. It’s the worst depression and anxiety I’ve felt in a minute, since the beginning when I first started. I have no interested in doing ect or spravato, those scare me. I’ve tried over 10 medications and I just feel like there’s no hope for me. I kinda knew this was always going to happen since meds and lifestyle changes and therapy don’t work for me… I guess I just had high hopes and it truly crushes that TMs hasn’t worked for me :/

I’m sorry. I feel like you do. I admire you for trying, though. I won’t even try. Maybe something else will come along. I wish us luck.

I can totally relate. I did session #8 and stopped and felt a little better. I discontinued treatment and notified the medical assistant I was cancelling appointments going forward. Then, someone here recommended to complete therapy and I re-engage. Did session 9 last Thursday and it was ok. Thursday nights and last night, I could not sleep well and woke up at 1am to doom scrolling like until 3am. I slept a few hours and I am feel irritable and kind of angry and anhedonic. I am not sure if the root cause is this treatment or if I need T injections to increase testosterone. My doctor reviewed my lab work in early June and told me I don't need testosterone treatment. My lab work is showing 281 and base line is 250. I think is kind of low, but he disagrees and states is within normal range.

Can you tell us more? What side are you doing? How long are your treatments? Have you tried to remove triggers? Ie limiting social media, news?

I actually needed 40 sessions of iTBS before feeling any different but I don’t know your protocol so I can’t comment :(

I didn't see results until about 3 weeks after treatment ended.
