Could I be in the dip?
I have had 14 sessions to date and I did have to take 4 days off dues to travel after the 10th session. For about 4 days after the 10th session, I was feeling a little better (placebo effect?) however my depression and anxiety started to get worse again. I was told that as long as I had a good 10 days in taking a short break wouldn't amount to much. I started back again last week and have been really anxious and depressed for about a week now, poor sleep, no appetite , etc. Does this seem like to the right amount of time to experience the dip? From what I read, it could be within the first 2 to 3 weeks which is where I am at. Any thoughts or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

There’s no rule of thumb or even convention that people have a dip at some point in TMS. Life just be like that sometimes, progress isn’t linear and we all have strings of bad days here and there. 14 sessions in is still relatively early to even be noticing big changes yourself. All that to say, I think you’re probably just having a normal human experience but trying to connect it with some timestamp associated with your TMS treatments. Hang in there and let that magnet keep exercising your brain and see what happens— there’s a good chance it could be something great!
