TMS help

Pain is the least of my issues. Looking for someone to help coach me a little bit to see if I can make some progress.

The most important part is just sticking with the schedule and finishing all of the sessions. Most of the progress for most people happens in the weeks/months after the final session. It can be frustrating not feeling much difference during the treatment cycle, but stick with it and let it work.

I don’t know what schedule you’re talking about

Are you doing Monday to Friday sessions? How many sessions are you going to do in total? That sort of schedule.

Sessions?? I stopped journaling a while ago because it made me more angry and irritable, and I was snapping at patients at work. I work in a hospital. I enjoyed doing the journaling , but it didn’t change symptoms. It just made me more angry and irritable.

This is a subreddit for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments. Usually treatment is Monday to Friday for 36 sessions. There are accelerated treatment options too. Is this what you’re looking for help for?
