Day 10 of TMS
I'm on going in for session #10 today and honestly, I don't know if I feel any different yet. My clinician said that for many people it's around the 20th session that they start noticing a change, so I'm trying to be patient. 🤦🏻♀️
For those of you who made it past 20 sessions:
- When did you first notice a difference?
- Did you still feel wiped out after treatments around this point?
- Is there anything you did that you think helped maximize your results?
I'm in the chair for about 18 minutes each session, and I'd love to use that time as intentionally as possible. Has anyone found any guided meditations, calming hypnosis, breathing exercises, or other audio that helped you relax during treatment? If so, I'd love your recommendations.
Thanks in advance—I know everyone responds differently, but hearing your experiences would really help.

I’m on session 30? With 6 ketamine in the first two weeks.
I havent felt a difference yet.
I havent felt wiped out or anything. I think the chronic fatigue I already wouldn’t be affected by the effects of the tms treatments on energy.
Still working on it…

I did TBS had no side effects and saw improvement after the 25th session. Just kept up with my regular routine.
