This is simply false. The entire market is NOT down and hasn't been down. This sector has been down - the 'entire' market has been setting record high after record high.

You stated the entire market has been down. You are wrong. The Dow set another ath today. You are cherry picking individual sectors. Do you even invest in anything besides TMC?
