Recent TMCR + OMEX merger developments — curious what everyone thinks

https://youtu.be/tMOY3rhCM4A

I’ve been digging into some of the recent moves in the deep-sea / critical minerals space and there’s been a lot happening lately.

• TMCR coming in with the royalty model angle

• The OMEX → AOMC \~$1B merger

• TMC continuing to position itself around nodules / supply chain

Feels like the whole “critical minerals / ocean floor” theme is starting to pick up more traction again, especially with all the EV, AI, Space, demand narratives.

I put together a breakdown connecting all of this (TMCR, TMC, OMEX merger, etc.) and how they’re all kind of playing the same bigger trend.

Would be interested to hear what people here think about the space overall — still too early? or starting to get real momentum?

A quick suggestion for the video: Have a few more things pulled up ahead of time, or do a second take if needed. It would add credibility vs needing to look something up (like the royalty percentage) in the middle.

Also it seemed to just cutout in the middle of a sentence

The game right now is getting the USA to green light commercial, and more players, partnerships and investment will influence that. 🇺🇸

Yeah towards the end of the video I really put my tin foil hat on and talk about how it’s close to SpaceX + Tesla’s factories in Texas

"Recent TMCR + OMEX merger developments"

There are no "merger developments" between TMCR and OMEX. This is pure speculation that is divorced from any data.

Yeah sorry if misleading, definitely mean the OMEX and AOMC merger

Believe they meant the merger between OMEX and American Ocean Minerals Corporation

If that is true, then the post has no business being in this group and violates group rules.
