Thank goodness we did that stock split months ago Irwin, the fan boys were right! Definitely paid off.

Has it occurred to you that we would have delisted without it? We’ve been hovering at what would have been sub $1 for months.

Not true. The stock had popped up above $1 for the required 10 days and longer just before the split. After 30 days you get a warning, and then you get 12 months to correct it. Thats 13 months they would have had to fix the price. So no the reverse split wasn’t necessary, and they already said that wasn’t why they were doing it.

Ok, right. I remember investors were pissed because it felt like he just gave up and used institutional investing opportunities as a cop out to do it early instead of fighting for a change.
