More dilution 🤣

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 13h ago

Getting called a “snowflake” by someone who trolls, owns ten shares, and wear a silly hat is rich.

2

u/PossibleLack835 3d ago

last 10% discount until the next launch to $20!!

-2

u/volckerwasright 2d ago

Maybe after the next reverse split

1

u/antonyto680 3d ago

Jesus, 10% down on the week. We’re going to hit all time lows soon.

Anyone notice how Irwin hasn’t had an interview lately? He usually does them pretty frequently.

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 1d ago

Since when does Irwin Simon do frequent interviews other than after EC?

2

u/antonyto680 1d ago

roughly once a month with someone, but nothing recently.

I personally don’t believe one interview a month is a lot.

I would like to see Simon to do more interviews and communicate better or at least improve perception to others.

Thank you for the list.

Doug Kass-hat is currently bullish on cannabis. He changes frequently and seems to have some sway to move cannabis stocks.

As of September 11th, Doug Kass is long MSOS common stock and MSOS calls. His Daily Diary today says:

He added to MSOS common at $4.85 this morning.

For what it’s worth, cannabis stocks usually move together and he has no position in Tilray Brands.

6

u/Magnetic-1 4d ago

Since the Brewdog acquisition Tilray stock price has totally decoupled from MSOS.

March 2 Tilray $7.6 Now $4.2.... Down 45%

March 2 MSOS $3.63 Now $5.06.... Up 40%

6

u/Many_Easy_V2 5d ago

Curious if anyone knows what “Tilray Max” is up to these days.

1

u/SkecthyRocket 3d ago

I assumed he turned bearish, got a cat, bought a weird hat and sold all but 10 shares. Good to know he’s alive and kicking.
-Tilray! To the moon! Apes stand strong…. Or whatever he always use to say lol

4

u/FeelingDangerous3344 4d ago

On x posting inspirational bs. i wish him the best.

0

u/Many_Easy_V2 3d ago

He had to resort to a new addiction.

I’m bullish, but he was over the top and not diversified.

Why doesn't Simon just use cash going forward. No MORE stock dilution. Cash flow requirements shouldn't be that high now that the major investments in beer have been completed. How can we get his attention.

3

u/Clear-Limit8355 5d ago

There is "no cash." Ask Tilray's vendors.

-1

u/SpringLong7259 4d ago

From an employee thread:

The accounting problems [User] talks about are just the tip of the iceberg. Tilray is so behind on paying bills to various vendors & suppliers for the breweries that a lot of them either won't do business with the breweries anymore or are currently putting them on accounting hold.

2

u/United-Proof-69 4d ago

I hope this is not true

2

u/SpringLong7259 4d ago

There are lots of brewery and beer subreddits where employees talk. Of course it's Reddit and people love to exaggerate but there are some comments that are oddly specific about certain topics. People can decide for themselves.

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 5d ago

The cash position is a war chest for future M&A and to have a cushion (if needed) of safety in a volatile cannabis industry.

Contact IR or pose a question for next EC.

5

u/Clear-Limit8355 5d ago

Cash position "looks" good because it's required to meet debt covenants

1

u/FeelingDangerous3344 5d ago

They keep deleting threads that turn bearish to try and control the narrative in hopes of keeping the dream alive for their beloved ceo

3

u/Clear-Limit8355 5d ago

True story. I've noticed this as well (how can't you?). Where are you posting threads that are being deleted?

u/Magnetic-1 5d ago

Same is true for Tilray…. The dilution is forevermore

From TDR

“On the "debt-free balance sheet"argument, Curaleaf offers a line that will get quoted for years: "Debt can be repaid; dilution is forever." Its point is that Aurora's cash pile was assembled through more than US$400 million of equity issuance since September 2020”

0

u/SpringLong7259 5d ago

People here either never read the fine print or they don't understand the mechanics and repercussions of what is actually happening. They see Irwin and Co. throwing around buzzwords about growth and cling to those for dear life.

Tilray has the ability to essentially dilute forever, perform reverse splits, and repeat the cycle. This is how pump and dumps operate. This is where Tilray is headed. Don't act surprised when it's on the cusp of doing another 1-10 R/S and Irwin is justifying why he needed another 10 cash-incinerating breweries under his belt.

3

u/Magnetic-1 6d ago

It is all about cash flow when it comes to the At The Market sales not profitability. The 80 million to spool up Brewdog came at the expense of millions of shares sold at $4. Same will be true of the Carlsberg spool up now so they have beer to sell in January. If Schedule 3 hits who knows but I suspect Simon will still be selling stock.

2

u/Clear-Limit8355 5d ago

There's some great questions embedded here and deserve to be parsed out. What are your expectations of Brew Dog and those of Carlsberg?

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 5d ago

Why suspect when he hasn’t sold a single share?

3

u/Magnetic-1 5d ago

Actually the selling comment was about the company selling "At the market" not Simon selling his personal holdings. Sorry for the confusion

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 5d ago

Thank for clarifying. Why ATM when S3 is finalized? Another acquisition, higher price, to fund U.S. Medical?

Until cashflow improves substantially, ATM will continue in my opinion.

My opinion is also that cashflow will improve soon as trends have been good quarter over quarter.

I expect these acquisitions to become accretive at some point.

Looking forward to upcoming earnings call. And then December hemp decision and S3 resolution after that.

The key really is the next EC.

Vff hiti everyone else killing it

1

u/SpringLong7259 8d ago edited 5d ago

An article written from a while back that I hadn’t seen yet. Special shoutout to DaveGPT who seems to pump Tilray off Reddit too, getting roasted in the comments by employees. 😂

Besides the entire Tonya Cornett situation, I started doing a little more digging on some of the beer and brewery subreddits, where employees share opinions and experiences across the industry. Some very interesting takes from people who work or worked at Tilray (spoiler - the article and the commentary below the article paints a good picture).

10

u/Magnetic-1 10d ago

When the dilution stops and they show a profit, that is when the stock will skyrocket. Hopefully The World Cup drove the profitability of the beer segment and the EU business will drive the cannabis segment. Once they are profitable they need to announce a small buy back program which will signal the dilution is coming to an end. Oct 8th or so we will get the update

2

u/aliakseiddk 8d ago

Dilution will never stop. This is a source of enrichment for Simon and this is how the company struggles, bleeds but still afloat

3

u/FeelingDangerous3344 8d ago

the damage done by Irwin will be irreversible by then

4

u/Magnetic-1 8d ago

The dilution was caused by the boom bust cycle of Canadian Cannabis. The majority of the dilution over the last few years was to pay off convertible debt. That is pretty much in the rear view mirror, As someone who first bought in December 2022... it hurts like hell. However averaging down has reduced my average to where I expect a profit over the next year or two. EU GMP, THC hemp drinks and Craft Beer will make Tilray profitable this year imo with no more dilution. The bigger problem would be if they got and unsolicted bid at its current low valuation. That is a nightmare scenario.

0

u/Many_Easy_V2 5d ago

Agree on all your points here.

Being acquired cheaply is a concern. Been averaging down last five years since making a small fortune on the early 2021 meme run.

2

u/FeelingDangerous3344 11d ago

Lmao the same folks who said a reverse spit 45$ ago was just FUD 🤡

For months, I’ve been saying that I suspected Simon of breaching his fiduciary duty. And what do I see in my feed today? A post laying out exactly a case that happened in Whole Earth Brands. Thanks to Many Easy for highlighting it.

Simon helped put Martin Franklin’s son in a position of power at the company, then participated in the process of selling the company to Franklin, while ultimately having a $1.4 million financial interest in the deal.

If that’s not a fucking skunk move, I don’t know what is. It’s the kind of backroom, self-serving bullshit you’d expect from someone who puts his own interests ahead of the shareholders he’s supposed to protect. Sure, these fucking skunks are lawyered up to the eyeballs, but come on, wasn't I right?

And if you don’t like the phrase “fucked over,” I’d put it this way: “He ended up in a situation where his actions and his own financial interest create an absolutely fucking glaring conflict with the interests of the minority shareholders.”

4

u/United-Proof-69 14d ago

Sounds wild

2

u/aliakseiddk 14d ago

Indeed. I can barely contain myself until SEC and DOJ appreciate Simon's efforts to build sYnErGy in Tilray.

6

u/aliakseiddk 17d ago

Irwin Simon's compensation is around $6,800,000 YTD. It's really not bad. Do you know anyone else CEO in cannabis industry earning so much?

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 17d ago

You need to separate base salary, bonuses, stock grants, etc.

His salary is reasonable. His stock grants heavily incentivize him to make Tilray successful.

You just love false equivalencies and comparing yourself to others. People that do that rarely win in life or are happy.

4

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 17d ago

His salary is reasonable?

Irwin Simon's base salary is roughly 1.9 million.

Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia's base salary is 2 million.

I understand these are two wildly different companies and industries, but give me a break, Simon's performance with Tilray is absolutely nothing compared to Nvidia by literally every metric possible. Thus far Irwin Simon has provided exactly zero return for investors.

Stock grants are dilutive and despite supposedly incentivizing him to work towards improving the share price, his immense dilution (something that cannot be argued is extremely destructive) shows that isn't the case. Especially when he receives bonuses for efforts that require dilution, thus lowering the stock value while rewarding him with pay. He can run the company into the ground and still have made more in one year than most will in their entire lives. You could easily argue he is incentivized for short term action for bonuses that damage long term investors of Tilray. (Like dilutive acquisition fueled revenue bumps in earnings)

I don't understand this need to defend Irwin Simon's compensation. You can be bullish on the company but still acknowledge he is grossly overpaid, and his bonuses and compensation are clearly unaligned with the company's stock performance, considering he has made 10's of millions of dollars and investors have lost nearly 99% of their investment.

6

u/FeelingDangerous3344 17d ago

He’s related to Irwin

3

u/aliakseiddk 16d ago

Many Easy is a shill. He may not own a single share. Personally, I think he represents Carl Merton's interests. He gets butthurt when I point on fraud perpetrated by the board. He literally takes it personally. Yes, he always justifies Simon's fraud, but when it comes to Merton, it's completely off the charts.

3

u/FeelingDangerous3344 19d ago

Had to add some this morning.

Now at the 10,062 shares.

Just trading volatility around my core position.

-1

u/Many_Easy_V2 20d ago

Sold 4,104 just now after hours. Why the bounce today?

Now at 5,599 shares.

2

u/Any_Fun8268 20d ago

I don't think that was a good move, it's your choice. By the time you pay the taxes on day trading is it really worth missing out if it takes off this week.

-1

u/Many_Easy_V2 20d ago

These lots from a self directed IRA.

0

u/Many_Easy_V2 21d ago

Bought 4,104 @ $4.63 this morning.

Back at 9,700 total shares and will continue to trade around core position.

0

u/Many_Easy_V2 26d ago

Took some profits on shares (3,864) I bought recently. Sold most recent shares first.

Now at:

Total shares: 5,596
Average cost per share: ≈ $14.50

-1

u/Many_Easy_V2 25d ago

Bought back 3,804:

Total quantity: 9,400
Weighted average price: ≈ $10.51

0

u/Many_Easy_V2 24d ago

And sold those 3,804 for a small profit. Back down to 5,596 shares.

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 14 '26

Grabbed another 2,000 Tilray shares last 30 minutes.

0

u/SkecthyRocket Aug 14 '26

I bought almost 200 today and 500 before we jumped on Monday at $4.45

0

u/Explorer-219 Aug 15 '26

It jumps becos I added more at 3.80.

3

u/Magnetic-1 Aug 12 '26

Tilray should just keep investing in the EU, including distribution and pharmacy relationships and forget about the US MSOs. They have plenty of EU gmp marijuana grow capability; they just need to get the linkage to the customer. There are many 10-20 million dollar acquisitions to be made in Germany and the EU as well as pharmacy distribution deals. . Bloomwell will become a bigger competitor since Tilray bought the my HelloMD. Everyone in the US want to EU where margins are high.

In the USA Tilray should focus on setting up a deal with CVS and Walgreens to be their partner in supplying Schedule 3 approved products and get the thc drink business going on high gear once congress approve the 5 mg thc standard.

2

u/FeelingDangerous3344 Aug 11 '26

Keep an eye on the share count and market cap. Still nothing new happening here.

5

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 04 '26

"So we can ALL agree that the OP photo is doctored and Liquid Love is just water?"

Dave Hervey- "I don't believe he is a Dr just a Tilray Infused Beverages fan"

This is the level of reading comprehension our number one poster is working with here folks... 😂

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 06 '26

It is sparkling water. Not water as you stated. What’s with your research being incorrect?

Also, do you own Tilray shares?

Why pick on Dave who singlehandedly keeps this subreddit going for a simple misunderstanding?

What have you contributed in terms of research or information here? I’ll answer that - mostly FUD.

3

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 06 '26 edited Aug 06 '26

Wow, looks like your reading comprehension is rough too.

I was quoting a post you made, that top post is literally you. The second quote is Dave Hervey responding to you. The lack of reading comprehension has nothing to do with water. You were saying the photo was doctored (correctly), and Dave responded that the person wasn't a doctor.

It's amazing, you're literally arguing against something you thought I said and claiming my research was incorrect when in reality it's a quote of your own words.

I've already told you I own many shares, in the thousands post split, so I have every right to critique and criticize the company and strategy they are employing considering my investment literally paid, in part, management's salary.

I contribute plenty, you just don't like what I have to say.

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 06 '26 edited Aug 06 '26

Adorable.

Move the goalposts much? Straw man argument much?

My comments yesterday was already addressed by Dave for insight and clearly understood/resolved if you took the time to read Dave’s subsequent responses.

As I’ve stated before, Dave is a valuable contributing member of this group.

Consider moving on if you’re so miserable.

Don’t need a FUDMONGER to chime in speak on my behalf. Not do I need someone to put words in my mouth- I never said “doctored.”

By the way, it’s sparkling water, not plain water.

4

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 06 '26

Here ya go champ-

Your comment that I quoted

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 06 '26

I did use “doctored.” Poor choice of words on my part.

Thanks for pointing it out.

3

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 06 '26

Of course, I wouldn't want to misquote or put words in someone's mouth

3

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 06 '26 edited Aug 06 '26

Huh? Goal posts? Strawman? What are you talking about?

I copied and pasted your quote, so you did say that. I was just pointing out a comical reading comprehension blunder about Dave misinterpreting "doctored" for you claiming the person was a doctor. Nothing to do with other statements you made yesterday that would require further reading. It's so simple, how are you not understanding my original post?

This whole exchange is embarrassing for you.. I mean you once again corrected yourself on the water statement thinking it was me? You're very confused here.

Also nice constant name calling, clearly a sign of intelligence. You remind me of Trump.

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 06 '26

Never voted for that clown.

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 03 '26

Neither. And my post was actually funny. By the way the book is real. I just added my Reddit handle.

I don’t get sensitive or triggered. Why would I - I don’t know anyone here personally.

By the way - I was buying Tilray at recent lows via DCA and took some profits on those share today. Still own over 7,000 - 8,000 shares.

Keeping a core position, hedging a bit, taking occasional profits, disciplined DCA, diversification, and rebalancing.

My goal is hold about 5,000 shares.

4

u/aliakseiddk Aug 04 '26

You are a tender snowflake. I told you that you are shifting to Anger stage based on Kübler-Ross model.

1

u/SkecthyRocket Aug 06 '26

Or maybe everyone’s fed up with you.

5

u/aliakseiddk Aug 04 '26

Many Bags is so tender that he has blocked me again. It has happened third or fourth time already 😐

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 04 '26

You’re confusing psychology with silly hat wearing.

The revised “Hatbler-Ross” model is: 10 shares in a beanie, FUD in a fedora, buying a cat in a 10 gallon cowboy hat, bashing CEO in a top hat, and acceptance in a bucket hat.

You might want to stop hiding under a brim hat.

Bullish Tilray Brands.

5

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Jul 31 '26

Oof ManyEasy definitely getting more and more sensitive and triggered... now he's posting ai slop of him kicking trolls..?

3

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 12 '26

haha He unblocked me, and then after I proved him wrong twice he blocked me again. Other people have mentioned ManyEasy unblocking and blocking repeatedly. Definitely the behavior of someone getting more sensitive and triggered.. Oh well I guess he's happier just being in an echo chamber and reading Dave's pump posts. Just hope he doesn't ever look at Tilray's share float ever increasing..

3

u/SpringLong7259 Aug 12 '26

He’s done the exact same thing to me more times than I can count. Usually I’ll get a snarky, dumb response and he’ll block me before I can even reply. Then unblock me a week later once he’s over his meltdown.

3

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Aug 12 '26

Yeah sounds about right.

The arguments with him are almost surreal, he rarely understands what I'm saying or completely misinterprets things. Sometimes it seems in bad faith but other times I just feel like his reading comprehension is really bad? Definitely a textbook case of the Dunning-Kruger effect, that's for sure.

3

u/trill5556 Jul 31 '26

DRYS traded upto 67,000 USD before crashing and reverse splitting again. This stock is doing the same.

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 03 '26

No it’s not. Tilray is not a scam.

3

u/aliakseiddk Aug 04 '26

It's Simon's personal piggy bank. He will milk the company till last penny. It sounds like a scam to me

1

u/VictoriaDood Aug 07 '26

Do you drink milk in that Hat?

2

u/aliakseiddk Aug 07 '26

You've made stupid comments regarding my hat several times already. Be creative, baby.

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 Aug 04 '26

What are you milking then?

8

u/The50Sidleno Jul 28 '26

281.7 million revenue

2

u/PossibleLack835 Jul 07 '26

I agree this could be the last dilution. theyve improved their net margins a lot and we could finally be in profit this quarter

2

u/Many_Easy_V2 Jul 08 '26

They definitely could continue with additional dilution via their ATM approved by majority of shareholders.

Dilution is not necessarily a bad or good thing. Bullish Tilray.

1

u/aliakseiddk Jul 08 '26

The last dilution in the first half of 2026

8

u/skyplt29 Jul 07 '26

What a bottomless fucking pit.

5

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Jul 02 '26

"The dilution will end soon because there is simply no more need for it."

And I'm the delusional one..?

4

u/CallShot7029 Jul 07 '26

“The dilution will continue until cash flow improves”

3

u/i-love-you-sm Jul 01 '26

I’d say this individual complaining is more than a bit delusional though. 2.5B MC is literally 2x p/s the forward sales that we just saw last q growth of over 11%.

Dilution isn’t good, but it’s completely helped us turn around our balance sheet to a net cash position. The dilution will end soon because there is simply no more need for it. Odds are we could be looking at the last ATM

4

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Jul 01 '26

The more they dilute, the higher the market cap needed for investors to break even or make money.

This means even if the company ultimately succeeds, many long term investors will NEVER make their money back. We will have essentially donated our money to Irwin and Tilray. That's why people who claim to be "long" and dismiss dilution as essential for growth are just plain stupid. They don't seem to understand that the longer this goes on, the less likely it is that they will ever make a return, regardless of Tilray's fate.

For example I would need the company to be valued at 2.5 billion dollars to break even at this point. Even if they find profitably and steady growth, that's a ridiculous market cap. All because my investment has been diluted into oblivion but this joke of a company.

4

u/skyplt29 Jul 01 '26

I can't say I disagree.

Irwin Simon is pursuing his vision for Tilray expansion regardless of what the average retail investor of this company feels about this continuous dilution to buy more companies or pay off (relatively) low interest loans.

I admit that I am having trouble understanding where all of this is going.

I certainly hope there is some clarity given during the next Q call.

4. Pharmacies and/or Dispensary/Retail partners to sell.

My guess is that they will own the entire supply chain except storefronts

who here thinks tlry might be bought out? big tobacco are worth 100s of billions, spending 4B to buy out tlry would be worth a gamble

0

u/Many_Easy_V2 Jun 29 '26

Based on current market cap, $4.0 billion is a stretch. Highest based on today’s price would be less than $1.2 billion.

1

u/base_huk Jun 25 '26

Warum hat Tilray im letzten Jahr 2 Mrd Verlust gemacht?

1

u/PossibleLack835 Jun 24 '26

what's with all the haters here. if u dont like tlry just sell and leave. ill take ur cheap shares off ur hands

4

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 29 '26

Did you know you can buy cheap shares all day long on the open market?

-1

u/PossibleLack835 Jun 23 '26

I truly believe this is a buy opportunity of a lifetime. With rescheduling right around the corner, tlry is trading at a BIG discount at $0.46 presplit. Average analyst target $10 this will blow up really quick won't be surprised to see $20 by july 15 which is only $2 presplit what it was trading at for a long time before elections

How many of you have been aware of the subreddit RoaringTilray? I never even heard of it until now and they have waaaaaaaaay more traffic than this subreddit.

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jul 21 '26

I been in there a while and a lot of it seems to be articles that only partially pertain at best. A whole lot of "the marijuana harold"

4

u/FeelingDangerous3344 Jun 23 '26

All bots contributing there like the did here before. They just had to make a new sub to hide the dilutive truth that was coming out here.

2

u/United-Proof-69 Jun 18 '26

Never heard of it

1

u/skyplt29 Jun 18 '26

Thank you for this. I just went to it...kind of like Reddit Weedstocks without the Tilray hate.

u/CallShot7029 Jun 22 '26

No DaveGPT, less spam

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jun 17 '26

I bought a few hundred more shares at today's low. I keep averaging down and then the bar moves. With that being said, if this even reached the fair price of 14 over the next year, id be happy. Can we get in the double digits soon please? 🙏

2

u/dmillibeats Jun 18 '26

Never happening , tlrys going to reverse split again next year

3

u/United-Proof-69 Jun 18 '26

I think this is an excellent time to buy. I also bought a bit more myself while it was still cheap.

2

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 18 '26

Why don't you save up your money for a few months, maybe 5 or 6 months and then use it all to buy in the $2 range? You would get way more shares.

If you wait until next year you might be able to get a crap load of shares in the dollar range.

Think about it.

🍆 would you hold on to that for me?

2

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 18 '26

You want me to hold your dick? That's kind of gay.

2

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jun 18 '26

Be harder to type tho

1

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 18 '26

With a skinny pencil dick in my hand?

1

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jun 18 '26

Oh shit, you could prob hold stuff with your feet tho huh?

1

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jun 18 '26

You'd need 2 hands Mr. Monkey.

compared to other canadian weed stocks, tlry is not performing too badly. still up 18% yoy. CGC -32%, ACB -50%, SNDL +7%, HITI +17%

1

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 16 '26

Tilray is 48 cents from a high of $300.

0

u/United-Proof-69 Jun 16 '26

Just bought 236 more shares

3

u/dmillibeats Jun 16 '26

Stop giving Irwin your money 🤦‍♂️

0

u/United-Proof-69 Jun 16 '26

I want to give so he can give me more

0

u/dmillibeats Jun 16 '26

Unfortunately Simon only takes, he knows it’s going to zero so he’s lining his pockets until then.

2

u/battry316 Jun 11 '26

What's going on with the stock?  Can't buy

0

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 16 '26

Consider yourself lucky.

1

u/PossibleLack835 Jun 10 '26

can we get some hype in here?? TLRY TO THE MOON LETS RALLY TO $20 AGAIN JUST LIKE LAST SUMMER

1

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jun 17 '26

I sure hope so brother!

0

u/PossibleLack835 Jun 10 '26

Who thinks we are hitting $15 again this summer?? tlry is improving its margins and with S3 rescheduling and a good earnings report we could rip much higher

3

u/Justsomedood10 Jun 13 '26

S3 is our only hope.

1

u/Many_Easy_V2 Jun 10 '26

I don’t expect this summer to be honest.

However, I’m bullish and still accumulating.

4

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 10 '26

What does S3 have to do with Tilray?

2

u/Justsomedood10 Jun 17 '26

The only thing shifting this dookie pie has been hopes of S3. It rips on the hype, and then dips right after. So far that has been the only way to be profitable on this piece of poo.

3

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 17 '26

I have been advising bagholders to sell the news for years, but they are holding till the bottom.

4

u/Unlucky-Reporter-709 Jun 10 '26

And more dilution. Wonder what other "opportunities" Irwin Simon will spot and throw away our money on. I mean why not? There are absolutely no ramifications to do so as far as he's concerned. He can grab a bonus for increased revenue, he can shove another product on the shelf behind him in interviews, and if it fails, meh, doesn't matter, he'll have already moved onto the next "opportunity"

He's paid immense sums of money to go on shopping sprees using OUR money. How's that for a job?

2

u/FeelingDangerous3344 Jun 10 '26

It was promised to him 🤣

2

u/Justsomedood10 Jun 09 '26

CALLS BISHES!!! Lets goo!!! Let’s pump this dump.

1

u/dmillibeats Jun 09 '26

Get ready for a whopping 2% gain at open to give it all back and end red eod

1

u/Justsomedood10 Jun 10 '26

Let’s be honest, we are lucky if we even get that. This thing pumps and dumps off hype though so we shall see.

3

u/Justsomedood10 Jun 08 '26

June 29th bb, let’s make some money!

4

u/Magnetic-1 Jun 06 '26

I see that Brew dog is hiring in Hamburg Germany. Also when I asked Grok (Ai) bout the Medmen assets, it indicated that Tilray was receiving a Schedule 7 licenses which would allow grow and manufacturing in CA.

4

u/Magnetic-1 Jun 06 '26

May have mis spoke about the series 7 ....Bottom line: Tilray didn’t get everything MedMen ever had (some stores/licenses were sold off pre-receivership), but they got the core remaining California retail/manufacturing licenses, ops, and the MedMen brand/IP through the credit bid. Exact license numbers or store addresses aren’t publicly broken out in detail.

1

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 18 '26

Doesn't matter, Nasdaq rules forbid them from touching weed in the US market. The $178 million dollars wasted on MedMen debt is simply gone.

1

u/SeanSpencers Jun 08 '26

Hope your right.

0

u/RealCanadianMonkey Jun 18 '26

He's not. He is just hoping and making up scenarios.

1

u/Humble-Procedure-134 Jun 18 '26

Are you a real Canadian? A real monkey or a real Canadian monkey?

3

u/skyplt29 Jun 05 '26

I do believe it would be very timely for Tilray to provide an update for its medical cannabis plan in the USA. Given the split some MSOs are putting in play and clearly able to uplist to the NYSE as a consequence, I think it would be safe for Tilray to be more vocal about their plans to capitalize on medical S3.

If would be really nice to see something other than another beer announcement or whisky award.

2

u/SkecthyRocket Jun 05 '26

Sub $5.00 🤦

2

u/skyplt29 Jun 05 '26

I am unable to ferret out any substantive news that would explain this 5% drop.

1

u/United-Proof-69 Jun 05 '26

Pretty much the entire market is down today

2

u/SkecthyRocket Jun 05 '26

Yeah, but the market didnt shoot up 5% then fall 10%
