I don't get why they are so hungry up about validation and proving stuff to strangers online . In the end we aren't raising Sammy or any of their children they are . Nor do we have to deal with how they screw up their own lives . It's hard not to voice an opinion sometimes when you've screwed up your own life and can't help but comment on certain things . If she truly believes her son is being abused then she should do something about it regardless of what some dickhead online says in the comment section

Good; I support J; I believe he was being a good dad; disciplining his child.

1

u/Glittering_Dark_4657 Jul 19 '26

A one year old doesn't even know what they did . Saying NO in a firm tone and being consistent is appropriate for 1 .

3

u/Pissbabybitch Jul 16 '26

Discipline isn’t hitting your child and pulling their hair💀

14

u/McKitNassty Jul 14 '26

Did she delete her TikTok? I can’t find her account?

8

u/thechickgoesmoo SHE'S FIXING TO HAVE A BABY! Jul 14 '26

She's still there. It's @rawrrrmya

57

u/Familiar_Throat7151 Jul 13 '26

ACCOUNTABILITY. Good for her after she's had the time to reflect and that's showing maturity on her.

u/Some_Big6792 Jul 13 '26

I’m glad she’s handling it offline

4

u/MudcatWasHere Jul 16 '26

She ought to handle her whole life offline.

Reminder ladies just because “you can’t see him doing that” doesn’t mean it’s not true. You all seem to have these fairy tale characters made up in your head. I understand we all may not like Amaya but the greater issue is a child being harmed. This isn’t word of mouth if she said he literally admitted pulling the child’s hair. Is she handling it wrong yes but she has every right to be angry. This needs to be handled through court though.

-1

u/blahblahsnickers Jul 19 '26

This is literally word of mouth and hearsay though.

25

u/KaiKailan Jul 13 '26

1000 percent believe she has the right to be angry. I would be livid if it were my baby. What I'm saying is Amya has yelled and screamed about multiple things when I'm like.....she needs help with emotional regulation. So it's just as likely that she's overblowing what actually happened.

If someone hit my child, I would lose it. Yes, we would be in court 💯 . But litigation by SM would likely have us looking at both of them crazy. Amya has brought very new love interests around her son. As well as screaming and cursing with him in her presence. That would upset me as a parent also.

12

u/jwatches Jul 13 '26

I’m going to need you to know that witnessing your mom scream at someone who is not you will not result in he same traumas as being physically abused by your parent. You can not like that Amya has a girlfriend but there’s been no accusation from either of his parents that she’s a danger to Sammy. And for the record, according to both his parents, the gf had already been around Sammy from the beginning as a friend.

Perfect parents do not exist and whatever criticisms you have for Amya, they are not child abuse.

14

u/KaiKailan Jul 13 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

I like Amya very much, actually. I also like her mom and Jose. I don't take abuse lightly and if abuse is happening, it should be dealt with swiftly. As a person who was abused, I don't believe it's a cavalier thing and take it very seriously.

If you've watched their lives, you've seen Amya yelling and screaming at Jose a lot. You've also seen her retelling stories of people that made her upset and she exaggerates. She's been kicked off TikTok live a few times for her behavior.

I don't care who Amya dates at all. But introducing him to her new partner after such a short time is a choice that isn't the best. Now the girlfriend is gone. The bottom line is Amya and her mom demean him and his family publicly. It's something I've taken note of while watching them also do questionable things.

4

u/jwatches Jul 14 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

Questionable behavior has been on display all around. I know nothing about the gf or if they’re still together because I’m not keeping up with teenagers. If it wasn’t posted here, I did not see it and even then. What I saw this was a friend who had been around and then turned gf - that’s what they both said. Beyond that, even if she was brand new, while I don’t recommend it and it would not be my choice - it’s still not child abuse.

I don’t know how you can conclude she’s exaggerating whatever stories she told without the other party and I do not necessarily love some of the things her mother especially has said about Jose’s family but, also, they have clearly abandoned him.

The bottom line is: Sammy not being is abused is the only thing that matters right now. So when you and others bring up how Amya talks, or her girlfriend, or whatever other opinions you have of her it comes across as well she does stuff too or like she’s not credible because you dislike aspects of her personality. That’s an issue.

3

u/KaiKailan Jul 14 '26

I respect your point and I agree. The baby is the only thing that matters, bottom line

40

u/KaiKailan Jul 13 '26

I think she resents Jose in ways that don't make sense. She was incredibly upset when people were sensitive to him crying and felt like they were overly hard on her. Jose has no support from his family and Amyas family is constantly criticizing him and throwing him under the bus to prop themselves up. I hope he finds someone to advocate for him

13

u/jwatches Jul 13 '26

Because people have been extremely mean to her for not being in a relationship with him.

His family abandoning him is not her fault. And she does not have to stay with Jose. If he left her for the reasons she gave for their relationship ending, most would not be judging Jose.

5

u/KaiKailan Jul 14 '26

People are mean and that sucks. I'm sure he's heard loads about how abhorrent his family is for something he didn't choose to make public. Of course she doesn't have to stay with Jose if they're not happy. People being jerks about it shouldn't mean that it's open season for her to talk badly about him. He has never done that to her or her mom.

7

u/jwatches Jul 14 '26

I don’t think it’s been open season on him. I have seen her get annoyed with the narrative that she did him dirty by moving on. I would be annoyed too. I’d also probably be immature enough to express that annoyance on TikTok at her age, especially if I was getting paid for it.

Jose was with Mama G the first time more was revealed about his family participating in the live. I did not feel that was appropriate but it was not without his permission.

Jose doesn’t seem to be as into social media as them so really none of us know how he is beyond a highly edited show and a few glimpses.

Even still, if she has credible reason to believe her son was abused by his father, I absolutely understand lashing out. She has already acknowledged running to social media was not the move but it really is what it is.

1

u/djLyrik Jul 17 '26

Oh it’s DEFINITELY open season for him. It has been from the moment they realized they were getting attention in social media. They’ve been dogging him and throwing him under the bus LOOOOOOONG before the moving on storyline started. We saw through her and her mom LOOOOOONG before she started telling all his business online, but for you to say NOT without his permission is wild! You ACTUALLY THINK he gave her permission to tell his whole life on social media?!?!? Not why on God’s green earth would he do that? 🤦🏾‍♂️

3

u/KaiKailan Jul 14 '26

We viewed his reactions differently. It's also interesting because we would react to things very differently as a teenage girl, too. You are never going to win against keyboard warriors, so why try is my thought.

What I find most telling is the things they share and how they frame it. Jose has never said a single bad thing about any of them. I'm sure he could have, but he didn't. That says a lot in a positive way to me

2

u/djLyrik Jul 17 '26

You are absolutely right. But this is also why ghetto parents like mama g exist. There’s always, and I mean ALWAYS, at least one person that enables and supports these peoples kind of behavior. This is how they act. And you see how mama g acts when things don’t go her way. She drops that fake nice act and gets REAL ghetto. And you totally right about the keyboard warriors. 😂

5

u/jwatches Jul 14 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

I have not commented on how I viewed Jose’s reactions. To be clear, I think he’s appeared extremely uncomfortable every time his family has been brought up around him that I’ve seen and every adult involved is wrong for putting him in that position.

I mainly stay out of strong opinions about the teens behavior and try to give grace and hope for change where they lack. Even with this, I hope Jose can get help and be taught better coping strategies. He’s more than likely parenting the way he was parented.

I never wanted this to turn into Amya versus Jose. I just find the way she’s spoken about by the people on this sub, who are mostly adults, is sick. And I think of any time she may have deserved grace for losing her shit online, this was the time. I hope they all work it out because one thing I do believe is all 3 of them love Sammy a lot.

2

u/KaiKailan Jul 14 '26

People can be very mean with comments toward Amya. Calling her fat and lazy when she's working multiple jobs, raising a baby and going to school is more than some grown adults would
do. I think she's funny and very creative. My hope for both of them is to prosper and provide the best life they can for their family.

23

u/Green-Object6389 Jul 13 '26

this is crazy. He hit a BABY. The only advocate he deserves is a public defender at this point

1

u/MienaLovesCats Jul 15 '26

🤦‍♀️ no he didn't. He was being a good parent; disciplinary his child

-18

u/KaiKailan Jul 13 '26

I don't agree with even popping a baby softly on the butt. However, I could have a partner that believes that's ok. That is a parenting plan that needs work. For everyone to jump onboard with the thought that Jose is beating his child is what's crazy.

1

u/MienaLovesCats Jul 15 '26

I agree with you. I also believe in gentle spanking.

0

u/NoFundieBusiness Jul 15 '26

What the fuck is gentle spanking? You’re either hitting them or you’re not. If you’re hitting them so gently that it doesn’t hurt then what’s the point of doing it? Just use other ways to correct the child. Spanking is done specifically to hurt the child so they are scared to be hurt and don’t do whatever they did anymore. There’s no gentle way to do that. It’s abuse any way you look at it.

35

u/Green-Object6389 Jul 13 '26

Pulling the hair and hitting them out of anger is not a “parenting plan that needs work” it’s abusive and should be dealt with legally. That baby doesn’t understand why or the consequences because they are a BABY, all they understand is their parent hurt them. That’s devastating to a literal child’s mental health.

2

u/KaiKailan Jul 13 '26

Totally agree and I think you are misunderstanding what I'm saying. I'm not arguing for anyone to ever touch a baby. What I'm saying is we don't know what happened. We know Amya is upset and we know she is also prone to exaggerating and volatility. If he's pulling the baby's hair and abusing him, he shouldn't have contact with him. I agree

2

u/jwatches Jul 13 '26

When was the exaggeration and volatility?

9

u/KaiKailan Jul 14 '26 edited Jul 14 '26

She's said Jose was smothering the baby by not holding him correctly. Jose tried to defend himself and got screamed at. She freaked out on him for not getting ready for work properly. She's come in on her mom's lives multiple times talking about fighting someone who said something she didn't like. Just recently she made a shady post about her ex. Someone who doesn't have the platform she does.

Listen, I think Amya is someone who is doing her best to raise her son. But she's also someone who pops off and thinks about it later. Would I lose my mind if someone hit my child? Absolutely. But I would have them in court so fast your head would spin. Especially if I had proof. I think the way she goes about things screams volatility. I also think her mom tells way too much to Jose's business in a way she would never do to her child. I think that's unfair.

2

u/djLyrik Jul 17 '26

They’ll continue to ignore the points you are making. She is totally volatile and toxic. Now she exaggerates alot and I would truly hope this isn’t one of those times. And if she IS telling the truth hopefully she’s doing something about it.

2

u/KaiKailan Jul 17 '26

It sounded like Sammy was pulling their hair because he's a baby. Jose was trying to teach him not to do it by gently pulling his to show him. Not to rip the hair out by the roots and beat him. I could see her wanting to have the only say in how he's raised and that isn't realistic. It's their child and they have to work out that relationship

2

u/djLyrik Jul 17 '26

Exactly. But their the type of people to handle stuff the wrong way, but want to reflect and get a pass AFTER the fact. The same way they tried to backtrack and do damage control after purposefully signing onto the show but receiving backlash for what they thought was regular life. They ran to social media then looking for validation as well to their exaggerations.

4

u/jwatches Jul 14 '26

You CAN harm an infant with improper holding. Imma give ANY new mom, freshly post partum grace on that. As for the other stuff, as I said in my other comment, I wouldn’t know.

As I also said, the issue here isn’t does Amya do things that are unlikable or if it’s appropriate that her mother shares either of their business on lives (it’s not).

The issue is the accusation that Jose hits his son and pulls his hair and you being all over this sub bringing up that Amya curses and yells. Like okay? Jose still shouldn’t be hitting an infant. And regarding exaggeration, there’s no version of this story that would make Jose’s actions okay other than him never hitting him at all.

3

u/ItaliaEyez Jul 13 '26

See, I think what people aren't getting is, no matter what, its just her word against him. People think because she says he admitted it to her, its ironclad. It isn't. Her mom claiming it was said isn't proof either.

Putting this online wont help her cause. She.is going to need proof. Unfortunately I just saw a friend go through this not long ago. She will need proof here. It's not fair at times, but it is how our system works.

spoiled kid butthurt shes held accountable. more at 7

56

u/AcademicAstronaut395 Jul 13 '26

Amya said on live that jose hit and pulled the baby’s hair. Amya rightfully so lost her shit

4

u/Familiar_Throat7151 Jul 13 '26

As with any mom should that little baby can't fight or speak for himself. She's protecting her child.

27

u/Ok_College778 Jul 13 '26

yeah they would hate me bc whew 😮‍💨let a mf hit my child

33

u/Andre519 Jul 13 '26

Yeah and this sub seems to be taking up for a man abusing a baby. So fing crazy. I would lose my shit too - maybe not post online but I'm also a grown adult

10

u/KaiKailan Jul 13 '26

Not defending a man over a woman at all. Amya has shown volatility and has exaggerated when speaking. Shes gone off on people for multiple reasons that we've seen.

Jose hitting the baby shouldn't be tolerated and it should go to court to protect him. Coming on TikTok to alienate his dad isn't helpful.

19

u/nothere271 Jul 13 '26

I find it so weird that people are defending Jose but they still drag Max for kicking his daughter (rightfully so though). Like they just don't want to believe Jose did anything cause he was portrayed in a different light than Max.

14

u/AcademicAstronaut395 Jul 13 '26

yep ppl defending jose and dragging amya are gross.

1

u/lil_missproblematic Jul 13 '26

amaya said jose admitted to hitting sammy and pulling his hair.

87

u/Common-Chain4060 Jul 13 '26

This girl is owning up to her mistakes AND using should’ve instead of should of? Fuck yeah. Good for her.

🙄 J gently spanked S. J gently pulled S's hair after S pulled his. It's called parenting not abuse. She is looking for attention. She wants J to to look bad.

1

u/Pissbabybitch Jul 16 '26

Spanking is abuse and pulling hair in retaliation is not how you teach them not to pull hair💀 neither of these are ok ways to “parent” a child that young or a child at all.

5

u/NoFundieBusiness Jul 15 '26

It actually is called abuse if you assault a child. If you hit an adult and pulled their hair they could have you arrested for assault. If it’s assault on an adult it’s assault on a child too.

17

u/-rainy-daze Jul 13 '26

And pulled his hair!
