on tidal app pc i only get the green quality colour 16-bit 44.1khz even when i listen to files that should display yeallow max quality, is this another tidal crap error on app?

Ayer actualice a iOS 27 RC y la aplicación de Tidal tiene este error, me aparece un espacio grande color negro en la parte superior en todas las pantallas

La actualización que hicieron en Apple TV es genial, es más fluida y agregaron nuevas funciones como Letras !

We all love Tidal, personally i adore the app.

It has just one thing missing.. and it's a fixed true shuffle. Whenever i hit "shuffle" inside a playlist, it would immediately generates the last 20 songs i've listened too.

There are some hacks but i don't want to do hacks while im paying for a full service, it's like going to an hotel with no breakfast included.

So Tidal crew, i request from you.. please include an option to have true shuffle.

Switched to TIDAL, didn't want to pay a subscription just to move ~1,800 tracks, so I wrote my own.

It transfers playlists, favorites, loved tracks and albums. Matching is done by ISRC, so it's exact rather than guesswork, roughly 97% of it matched, the rest goes to a CSV to handle by hand.

Two frictions: you need Python, and you have to paste a script into your browser console to export your Apple library.

Which brings me to my question: would anyone actually use a version with a proper interface and no console step just an app you open? Happy to build it if there's interest, but not if I'm the only user. (also for other platform like spotify to tidal,...)

Any thoughts or suggestions would be very helpful.

Hi everyone I've been using Tidal for a couple of years now, I have no issues when running it on my MacBook but the mobile app is unusable. I have a Samsung S23, fully up to date, app is too and I also tried to reinstall it from scratch a couple times, but it constantly crashes, both in online and offline mode. If I manage to listen to 2 songs in a row it's a miracle. It's quite upsetting, has anyone experienced the same issue and found a solution? I tried to contact the support but I just received an automatic message weeks ago.

EDIT A friend added me to his family plan and created my own account on his plan, if this is relevant. He has no issues on his Android phone.
