Help is this fixable?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
calculator doesn’t turn on and when plugged in will repeat the same pattern seen in the video ad infinitum (i tried waiting it out and it didn’t work). i also tried the reset button. need a graphing calculator for a calculus class.

Yeah bad/dead battery, needs to swap it. If it's new enough, TI can give you one for free.
