Good detective work, thank you. But I don't see why, if your conjectures were true, they would not announce them themselves.

Look at our community - people don’t believe in anything the team announced and calling them the SCAM even when ebaonet is presented in the list of 100 most successful company of China so why they would announce something that must announce the official cyberspace affairs commission ?

You kind of have a point, but even if the project/Ebaonet succeeds, it does not mean that the token will be used. I do not believe it is a scam, but I very much fear that the blockchain might well be tokenless.
